Sideline Food
I need to bring a dish to a Kick Off Party on Sunday.

Half the people don't eat gluten.  The other half don't give a ****.

Looking for new ideas.

Anyone?

I never ever ever ever ever ever serve chili in a room full of people. Ever.

You should concentrate on the ones that don't give a ****. That is the group that will probably be the most toasted. By the time it reaches halftime they will be so toasted that you could feed them **** sandwiches and they'd smile while chomping on them.

Fruit. And vodka.

Oh, and just a tray of cheese, but sit it and the vodka aside for me.

I made some Buffalo style roasted cauliflower yesterday.  It was better than it sounds.

Vodka is my friend.  May mix it with some orange slush.

I don't know anything without gluten.

If I was going to a party I would bring my meatball subs. Those are great (albeit messy) football party food.

But I agree with Ash. Booze & fruit. Always.

Corn products are gluten free, so I am thinking chili with corn chip casserole or something like that.

I Picked Jalapeno's  from my garden today, cut them in half, filled them with cream cheese then wrapped them in bacon. Threw them in the toaster over on broil for 8 minutes...WOW...AWESOME
Finger foods work best.  Google top Sunday football foods :) Good luck and may your team win.  Well unless you're a Giant's fan :)

A little late to the party, but chicken wings in soy sauce...I know, sounds weird...but perdue frozen wings, cookie sheet.  Oven to 400.  Soy sauce on one side, cook for 30-35 mins and then flip them...more soy sauce and another 30-35 minutes.  Add some water to the cookie sheet to keep them from sticking too much to the pan....really IS good....
