They're my hometown team, and I stand behind them every year...Rolling my eyes as If I've expected them to lose (Which they normally do) or jumping up and down for Joy cause they've played the way they were supposed to. Hopefully in my lifetime I can see my team go from Rags to Riches and say, "See I told you so" at least once!! #8 \| 235 days ago mrturk (+)	I attended every Lions home game from 1957 - 1963 (Dad had season tickets). I missed the 1957 championship game - was prompted to give my ticket to my grandfather. I also attended many games up to 1983 when I moved to MN. I still go to the MN - Lion games at the HHH Metrodome every year after which I am usually sick for a week or so. I still remember the 1970 season, and the 1991 season when we crushed Dallas 38 - 6 in the Playoffs. Sadly remember 1994 when we lost not one, but TWO home playoff games in that calendar year to Green Bay. I am waiting patiently for the next Lions highlight. Enter the poll to see my answer

Even with all the losses, the Lions can usually produce a pretty good laugh or two on Sunday afternoons. #13 \| 220 days ago mjb3 (+)	WC Ford is 84 and can't live forever. I'm sorry to be crass, but nothing will change with this franchise until there is a new owner. And I don't mean WC Ford Jr! I don't love or hate Lions, just kind of tolerate them. Would never spend my own money and am amazed that it took this yr to have blackouts of home games. This team should have had blackouts for the last 10 yrs or since Barry retired. If the stadium had been empty or half full, Ford might actually have sold. Now, it's just a waiting game.
