Favre a Jet, Tennessee the last unbeaten and losing in the divisional round of the playoffs, but especially the Cardinals going to the Super Bowl. Weird as it gets, but always interesting. I was cheering for Larry Fitzgerald to destroy the Steelers. As for who's a better QB between Brees & Roethlisberger, I chose Big Ben only because he can turn busted plays into TD's, whereas Brees is simply great at finding open targets. Over the last 3 seasons, the Saints have pretty much led the NFL in total yards per game, passing yards per game, and points scored per game. The Steelers are not a high scoring team at all, they are a tough, physical running team who wins games 17-14. Look up the stats but Roethlisberger rarely gets over 250 yards per game passing. Sure his Super Bowls are great, but he's not the QB that Drew Brees is. If the Saints had a defense like the Steelers they would have won Super Bowls too. Enter the poll to see my answer

The thing with Big Ben is that he has the "right" players that fit his style and are good on his team, not the case when it comes to Drew, he has to pull his own weight and then some. #7 \| 127 days ago torie (+)	Points, yards, and completion percentage don't mean everything when comparing quarterbacks in todays NFL. Brees is a great passer and uses his versitile weapons very well. Brees puts up the high powered fantasy stats but doesn't do so well in the win column. Ben is still the better quarterback in my mind. All Ben needs is one final chance to drive the ball down the length of the field. If the Steelers are within a touchdown at the end of the game their chances are as good as anyones. The Steelers will never be a run-and-gun team like the Saints but they are rarely out of games in the 4th quarter. Ben is great at extending the game so that he will have the final opportunity. #16 \| 115 days ago gau13 (+)	I really hate Roethlisberger with all my heart and I do think that Brees is the better quarterback but thinking about it, it was a closer race then I thought it would be. Brees is just a beast. He is no doubt one of the best if not the best quarterback in the league. Roethlisberger may not be as great throwing the ball and he may not put the numbers up the Brees does but a play can look dead and somehow, someway, Roethlisberger can make A big play out of it. Maybe that's why I hate him, idk but yeah Brees is still the better quarterback even though Roethlisberger has two superbowls over him. Enter the poll to see my answer

Would Brees be better with Pittsburgh's defense? It still takes a good quaterback to win a championship let alone two. I think both teams should be very happy with their QB situation. As for the Cardinals they played well enough to regain the lead after the interception but then gave up on defense. He doesn't have the team defense the Steelers have. Now you're going to come back and say "But Ben won the Super Bowl last year and that means more than statistics...blah blah blah" But the topic at hand is who is a better QB, not who won the Super Bowl. Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson led their teams to Super Bowl wins on teams that were led by legendary defenses. Yes, we play to win the game, but Brees is a way better QB and would have won 5 rings if he had half the defense Ben has. Notice how all you Steelers fans offer no other leverage in this argument. But today he showed that he can still throw deadly accurate passage into tight coverage. Direct comparisons are tough, but Brees has made the Saints a contender more than anyone on that team.
