Ruler of the world, that is some responsibility - but I would correct the misgiving in America now - get health care for everyone, find a way to cut back taxes, so everyone's wallet/purse is a little fatter, and bring a little happiness to the world...and of course adopt Andi's idea of Daytona a national holiday and of course the free beer!!

Since the rich was bail out, have all homes and cars paid off,all people start credit out with a clean slate, if you do not have health insurance then you can join united states america insurance the monthly payments would be $5.00 for 1person and $20.00 for family all $5.00 copay and medication, the reason why it would be this low cause the majority of usa does not have health insurance, it would be something that would be paid in taxes so for hospital visits/ surgery/ emergency no out of pocket this would be paid for, all Doctors would receive automactic grants just like comapnies do for making jobs etc., 2nd for all car companies it would be no more private own dealerships GM,Dodge, Ford etc. All car companies would put up their own car dealerships so all cost of a car is the same and the customer is dealing straight with GM, Dodge, Ford, etc, So all car salespersons would be employed through GM, Dodge, Ford, etc. its like having an branch/district/region or other offices in different locations so all car sales people would apply to be hired from GM, Dodge, Ford ect, this would stop dealerships form closing down, scam artist selling too high and adding on sily points to hike a person iterest rate. All college kids as in london college will be paid for. Also Colleges would get automactic grants, because it would be paid through taxes. I would also stop the gas companies to stop advertising lies about their gas is better than the other cause its not its all the same, and if you don't believe me have you ever got gas at shell, chevron and exxon, or BP, and saw a different truck with gas tank that had a different name besides shell, chevron, exxon or BP, yeah I have, so I look into it, and found out dateline was too, and we found out the same information. I have many more but thats for start. Oh I would like Tucker to start back building his Tucker car again because now at this time all people need this vehicle, check out the movie Tucker you will ge mad at government.

This is a smoking  establishment.

hai, First of all abolish the religion rule and implement the man on earth rule which is unique and needs to be implemented to bring peace arould the world.
Make no applications / biodata forms / have a column for religion. Then and Then only world will survive.
In a democratic set up any body can contest and win, abolish such system and fix up a minimum stipulation of education to contest the elections to win

There are so many things i would do but seeing that this a sports forum i will stick to sports on this.

I would fire Gary Bettman and shrink goalie equipment to the size it was before he became commissioner. After his fifth(97-98) season as the NHL's commissioner there were 2459 less goals scored, over 6000 less points scored by players than in his first full season on the league (92-93). Unless changes are made no one will ever break any major scoring records and hockey is more entertaining to watch when it isn't so defensive. I would insist that referees call all the penalties they see all the time even(esp.) near the end of games or near the end of the playoffs.

I wouldn't allow Michael Vick to ever play football again

First I will make few responsible person responsible for corruption, economy and all other stuffs. Then I will dissolve all political parties , not to eradicate democracy but to prevent democracy and World peace which are being manipulated by Leaders of many countries. Make Governors of each and every country ( I f  I am king then they are Governors ) to handle Terrorism and finish it.
