Nima, you already know MY favorite ... the one I use in my world-famous hot wings!  (And of course, by "world-famous" I mean some people that I know are aware of them and think they're good... and...stuff)
Crazy Mother Pucker's Liquid Lava.

Texas Pete and i only use hot sauce in my oyster stew.   I am a good cook, never needed hot sauce or ketsup  to cover up bad cooking.

Hot sauce and bad cooking don't necessarily have anything to do with each other.

I must be deprived, because outside of the various tobasco products, I was going to say "Taco Bell Fire Sauce".

Last year i orderd 2 kinds of hot sauce from on line.  One is called.......Smack My Ass And Call Me Sally....and the other one is.........Lethal Ingestion Jolokia hot sause.

Try this homemade sauce. It's easy to make.
You'll need mint leaves, lemon/lime, onions ((chopped) and salt to taste.
Add everyting in a grinder (except that a tinge of lemon/lime juice to be added not the pulp). That's it you gert a mint sauce. It tatse good with everything.

Frank's

It has a good flavor and is not all about heat.
Its not that Its not that I'm scared of hotter sauces, I just like to taste what I put condiments on first and foremost.

And If I can find it, I will also use Frank's RedHot XTRA Hot Sauce.

Black label Texas Pete is decently hot, but also has great taste, which many hot sauces forget.

BTW Dave's Insanity Sauce is no joke.  It will def bring some heat.  Lacks a lil in the taste department, though.
