Mug of the Day 10/22/2009

Kyle Cameron Dennis, head basketball coach and math teacher at Boise's Capital High, appears to enjoy the crowds. But he might want to restrict that enjoyment to the basketball court -- and not to exhibiting his manly apparatus before the teeming throngs at the city's bigger retailers.

Dennis was busted after he was caught masturbating twice at Costco and once at Wal-Mart. The first public manipulation of his penile unit took place in February. Police began their investigation in June after being alerted by store managers.

Though the crime is only a misdemeanor, we're doubtful coach Dennis will be allowed to continue leading Idaho's fine men on the competitive court. Parents don't usually want perverts around their kids. But the bigger problem may come from the teacher's dad, Dehryl "Tony" Dennis. He's Boise former school superintendent; he even has a building named after him. We're guessing this isn't what Dennis Sr. had in mind when hoping his son would carry on his legacy.
