OH...Stuff It! Let us enjoy our moment please. Besides the Ducks, Sharks, Flames, and Canucks all play out west and you still hear about them. (geez....I'm kind of glad you stopped taking my Kings polls. lol)

lofty heights? Sorry but for the Kings----this was a lonnnnnnnng time coming. They  have awesome depth now, and they will be in the playoffs (well that is ....if nothing tragic such as key injuries and such happen).

Aww c'mon Becky! I try to use different players. I can promise you I've never had Stamkos, Michalek, or Bourque on the poll before. And Quick was on last week's poll for the goalie's. I promise to put Kopitar in next week, however.

Before I reply, can you clarify what you want stuffed???

And ya, you do hear about the some of the other western teams but it's certainly not in the detail you hear about the eastern teams. I was talking to a colleague from Toronto who happens to be a habs fan and I was talking about Regehr being an awesome shut down defenceman and he was like, "Who is this Regehr?" Just goes to show you...

I think the jury is still out on the Kings and Avs because it is a little early. I haven't see either play so I can't even comment...all I see is their names on top of the standings...hell my Flames are near the top too, but we haven't even played that well yet.

Wow...even December 1 is a bold prediction. As I've said elsewhere, what will be really telling is how they play their division foes and so far, the Avs have only played two opponents in their own division.

Very true, and 10 of their next 17 games (through the end of November) are against division foes..  we'll see how it goes

Heck (wait I can type "hell" right? lol anyways) I know the jury is still out on the Kings. However, you can't blame me for loving how they are playing so far.

I get what you are saying about the east coast/west coast thing, but it still sucks big time. lol Oh...and I think you know exactly what I meant when I  typed "stuff it".

Oh and by the way just some stats on the Kings so far this season.

They are 7-2 against their conference/ 4-1 against their division.
Kopitar leads all goal scorers as well as the league in points.
Drew Doughty is tops in d-man scoring.

** you have to admit this is pretty impressive
