Huskers Host the Sooners 11/7/09

Glory Days!!! Well at least it can be. The Best of the Big 8 only play 2 years on, then 2 years off since the formation of the Big XII, but this is one of college footballs greatest rivalries (ok, so maybe not recently, but you're not going to change my mind.) The game is in Lincoln on Saturday Night. I won't go into the whole fans will be primed and ready, because honestly this game could start at 10am and the fans would be ready for it. Nebraska comes off a much needed although not overly impressive win at Baylor. Both teams are rushing for 146 yards a game, but Oklahoma has a big advantage in passing yards. Both teams have QB changes through Injury and ineptitude. I believe it will be a good game, reminding the College football world of their classic matchups over the years.

Kickoff at 8:00 ET on ABC.
