I have been working on my typing, do any of you have to type for your job? I found this neat site so just go here and take this test

Then come back and tell us how you do. I loved typing in high school and college.

I only use four fingers to type. Never got the hang of the "correct" way. And I have to look at the keyboard when I type.

But I a much faster when I type what's in my head, instead of reading it. Or if something is dictated to me, I could probably type over 60 WPM. Reading the text then looking down at my fingers doesn't always work for me. Even with years of practice. I suck. :(

Man, been a looonnnggg time!  Used to type 125 wpm when I was a transcriptionist but that was almost 20 years ago.  Guess truck driving took that out of me.  Only had my own computer again the last 6 months so I guess that isn't too bad! LMAO

I think I could do better. All the punctuation was kind of a pain. Once I settled in I didn't make any more mistakes after the first two sentences.

 There ya go jason, always go with what ya know if you can! lmao  I took astronauts since I worked for NASA once in a lifetime ago!  Punctuation usually is the killer and we don't use a lot of it on-line.  If we could take a test in "computer speak" I think we would all do better.
