The first half of the season is really a tale of two quarters of the season.  For the first quarter, the team struggled to find it's chemistry and rhythm.  Now, however, the Boys are clicking on all cylinders.  Maybe the team is finally not peaking too early!

I think overall, the Cowboys have played rather well. Their offense seems to be clicking now and their rushing attack is one of the best in the NFL!  Even though Romo has had some very big games this year, I still think the Passing offense needs some fine tuning and they need to find a way to get Roy Williams more involved!  As far as the Defense: The Boys running defense is AWESOME- NO TEAM has had a 100 yard rusher against them, but their Secondary scares me a bit ( even though they have played much better as of late)!  OVERALL, I'll give the team a B so far this season. My MVP choice is Jay Ratliff because he is that big run stopper in the middle and HE is the reason why the rushing defense has excelled on the season. IF the Boys can stop those "stupid penalties" and play within themselves, I see this team going DEEP into the playoffs!

I think we have the setting to be as DOMINANT a running team that the team has never witnessed before...san injuries and a game plan that backs away from that fact.  I don't want "The Big Head" to hit us yet, because we do need to beat our next 3 opponents, and beat them like WE are SB Contenders, not just squeak-by victories (beating Philly 20 -16 wasn't a squeak - they give us hell no matter what the situation)

Overall - I say a B- for the team so far...we got lots of room to improve upon areas in, and as long as the team remains focused, it will trounce the next 4 teams on the schedule...

The Cowboys are playing well so far this season.  However, I don't think they deserve an "A" because they have only beat two good teams....Philly (who I thouoght played terrible) and Atlanta.  But don't the Cowboys do this every year?  I think their real test is to see how they hold up in December.  Can they avoid the annual December collapse?

These next 3 games against GB,Okland, and Washington should be wins for the Cowboys, December poses to be a tough month for them once again but I believe the Cowboys will prove their critcs and naysayers wrong.

I think Miles Austin so far has made the biggest impact on offense.I would still like to see Felix Jones more involved in the offense i think he is the most talented player on that side of the ball. The Packers game was a let down but it goes to show that most every game in the NFL is a battle .It looks like the NFC East is not as strong as it has been in recent years giving the Cowboys a very good shot to win this division. But i would still like to see more consistency in there play, but overall its not been that bad of a year .....so far......If we can avoid any December disasters I think we can make a strong run into the playoffs.

Outside of 2 maybe 3 games Austin Miles has not been that good. He got put onthe map with his 250 yard game, ever since then (before playing the Raiders) he has not done that well, he has been average. However, thats much more than we can say for Roy Williams. Tony is starting to get some of his swag back!!! FINALLY!!! There DB's in my personal opinion still sucks. T-New is staying which helps. but he still sucks to me. Jenkins is still young and still has some growing pains to go through. Jenkins can be a little to aggressive at times. Ken Hamlin is the only reliable DB the Cowboys got!

Overall, the weakpoint of the team has been the play of the wide receivers. Miles Austin stepped in and provided a spark when there didnt appear to be any hope.  Before i really started watching the receivers run routes, I was convinced that Romo was the problem in BIG D and was going to get the receivers killed.  When i watched some footage of the receivers (namely Roy Williams) running routes, I realized that the quality of the routes is the reason that the WR's were getting killed. They were so far off the route that when Romo threw it to where the ball was supposed to be, the recievers had to reach and stretch to grab it and opening themselves to some vicious hits. I give the MVP to Austin for bringing this fact out in the open by running crisp, precise routes.
