Stafford's still a rookie (and he got stuck with Detroit), so I will give him some leeway on this one.

I agree. He still has a chance to redeem himself, but he's thrown more than twice as many INTS as TD's. That type of statistic for a high pick always lands them the Bust label.

Carr was the first pick of a new franchise. Looking at the 2002 draft, there really wasn't a decent QB among the group. Carr picked first and then Julius Peppers 2nd to the Panthers. I wonder how many times the Texans kicked their backends on that decision.

While i believe stafford will become a serviceable career I can only judge on his current status. I feel vince young is starting to show more while stafford has so little to work with. He is capable of not being included on  a list like this.

Carr never really got a fair chance at things. The Texans took two veteran O lineman in the Expansion draft, neither of which played a down for them. And he took a beating that no should have to endure. 74 sacks his rookie year and he still took every snap. So I cant say in a different situation he would have been great. But you have to agree that it was his situation to start his career that hindered him greatly.

No one deserves to be higher than JaMarcus Russell.

Vince Young should be a close second.  Come on he lost his starting job to Kerry Collins.

The answer is JaMarcus Russel. The guy is horriable, ive watched several Raider games this year and i always cringe when he throws the ball. Its either waaay over the receivers head or underthrown.  I really dont think hes going to make it as an NFL QB, they should seriously consider moving him to Running Back...or maybe Tight End.

Russell will never take the dictionary definition of "draft day bust" away from Ryan Leaf, but he's certainly making a strong case to be #2.

Vince Young is improving, he's 3-0 as a starter this season and has made some impressive plays.

JaMarcus Russell is the only bust on this list. He should have never been drafted in the NFL. All the others are still young and have plenty of upside.
