I like all the traditional classics, but I'm a big fan of Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

"Santa Looks a lot Like Daddy"

"Too Fat for the Chimney"

"Donde esta Santa Claus"
and pretty much any other Christmas song out there. I love Christmas music....especially the really cheesy, bad, and slightly offensive ones.

Mary Did You Know has to be one of the most moving songs! I hope everyone has heard that and if not, I hope everyone takes the time to listen to it!

Agreed, very powerful/moving song, captures the spirit and meaning of Christmas in a profound and unique way. I'm glad you like it too.

(Edited by I_Bleed_Purple)

I have 3 that are on that list that are special to me at different points of the season.

I love the quiet reflection of The Christmas Song and it really creates the spirit of family and togetherness for me.

I always know the season is upon us when I hear Santa Claus is Coming to Town - Bruce and the E Street Band style

But I rarely can keep full composure when I hear Silent Night at a late night Christmas Eve service.

I have several others I find very meaningful too, So This Is Christmas - Lennon  and  Do They Know It's Christmas, come to mind.

Thanks Scott, I'll have to try and check out that Michael W. song.

Merry Christmas Baby (I Don't Want to Fight) - Ramones
Baby It's Christmas (Please Come Home) -  Darlene Love (but I prefer the U2 version)
I agree with yruwet about Christmas in Hollis - Run DMC
even Do They Know It's Christmas? - Band Aid (but I don't like any of the forgotten 80's performers)

also I saw Mommy bl*wing Santa Clause - no idea who sings it

Actually, I like all Christmas songs...but I think that "Christmas Rapping" by the Waitresses is my favorite non-religious song...and Father Christmas by the Kinks...a few radio stations around here started on NOVEMBER 9 playing ALL CHRISTMAS MUSIC.
