There is no depleting source of Oil, thats just what they want you to believe.  Just like they want you to believe that there isnt a cure for AIDS.

1. Do not think you should discard them, only use sparingly.
2.  & 3. I think there are places on the earth, they should start looking before we spend more money looking else where.

Nuclear, solar, hydro, wind, man... there's a lot of power we are not exploring the studio space with. we'll be fine. The best thing that could happen is to run out as soon as possible, since necessity is the mother of all invention. Or in this case innovation.

Maybe because the polar caps are melting? or floods are uncontrollable? or famine and hunger is no longer a phenomenon but common and the ozone layer is thinning because of man made problems? l dont know but all roads are heading that way...

I do not believe there is a growing depletion of oil.  Only a growing Inflation of gas!

Jesus is hiding some oil reserves, and one day his holiness will reveal them and all will be right with the world again
And that day is 11/02/2011

I don't suposse it's occured to you that before we start panicing about our limited supply of oil we ought to actually drill for it more in the U.S. Also we could look a nuclear power. There are options, but we as a country don't consider them.

Really? That's news? As in it's been conclusively proven to be a hoax? That would be news... But I think we'll sooner hear the news of Miami and New Orleans underwater.

It's always seemed quite ironic to me that the "Promised Land" God gave to the Israelites would be the one spot in the region without oil reserves!

1. Wise use their resources with care and caution, even oil dependent gadgets have to be efficient, not guzzlers of oil.

2.Not wasting precious resources on Earth, wealth should be used for better life of the living life, with thoughts spared for our progeny.

3.Perpetual source of energy, SUN is the answer, for scientists to innovate and use this source of energy.

This is the FIRST time that I agree with you. There is alot more things that our government keep hid from us. they practice population control, Aids Virus, the Oklahoma city bombing,  The Twin towers.......The only depleting of oil is what we are doing to the other countries

If all else fails, start making stuff run off of politicians, we have plenty of them and if/when we've depleted that source things will actually be better.

I'm waiting to see the prototype of the automobile with the windmill on top for power.

Or the nuclear powered car.....maybe Osama Bin Laden or the gov't of Iran will finance that one.

I think this is something that we can't rely on our Gov't alone
I suppose this is a concerted effort between the populate and the Heads of states
May we be able to pass tru this bigger than life difficulty
