Health, fitness and beauty - would you call it the connection of body, mind and spirit?

Think of looking good and feeling good as two sides of the same coin.  If you treat your body right, the benefits will be obvious.  Everyone can do it, all it takes is a little time, effort and determination  The better looking you are and the healthier you are, the better you feel about yourself, the more others like you.  Also if you are healthy inside, you tend to glow on the outside.

This has given rise to fashion shows, beauty shows, health shows, etc., etc., etc..

Now how much do you agree or you disagree - please comment what you feel inside you !

Yes that is it - confidence!

Mirrors are only reflections, but confidence comes from within; and if you are self reliant and have poise, your self-belief gives you that extra special health that you always dream of!

Keeping the mind healthy is the need, all will follow when mind is with healthy thoughts, fitness and beauty are relative terms for the body, with health in good shape for the mind, all body, mind and soul will be fit as fiddle, cheerful and sound.

If someone is not happy with their body, don't complain about it to everybody.  Do something about it yourself.  The end result is so much more rewarding and you will feel so much better about yourself.

A healthy mind is much more important than a healthy body.  With  right thoughts and attitudes, a healthy body will follow.

Health is so important and is so overlooked. Without it, we can't do anything.

Right you are - ever heard the saying :

If money is lost, nothing is lost;
If health is lost, something is lost;
But - If character is lost, everything is lost!

But there is a small catch here - to have a good character, you need to have a healthy mind - and if body is healthy, mind seldom fails a person in right thinking - maybe negative too sometimes - but all the same, it helps one to think healthily!

Ofcourse, we have to love overselves only then others will like us and will be with us. We have to some how spend some time for ourselves and make ourselves feel good about us. LIFE WILL BE BRIGHT then

One's overall well-being is the definiton of health

Health care is the prevention, treatment, and management of illness and the preservation of mental and physical well being

Hygiene is the practice of keeping the body clean to prevent infection and illness, and the avoidance of contact with infectious agents. Hygiene practices include bathing, brushing and flossing teeth, washing hands especially before eating, washing food before it is eaten, cleaning food preparation utensils and surfaces before and after preparing meals, and many others. This may help prevent infection and illness. By cleaning the body, dead skin cells are washed away with the germs, reducing their chance of entering the body.

Personal health depends partially on the social structure of one's life. The maintenance of strong social relationships is linked to good health conditions, longevity, productivity, and a positive attitude. This is due to the fact that positive social interaction as viewed by the participant increases many chemical levels in the brain which are linked to personality and intelligence traits.

Health is the general condition of a person in all aspects. It is also a level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency of an organism, often implicitly human.

#20 | 1606 days ago

Prolonged psychological stress may negatively impact health, and has been cited as a factor in cognitive impairment with aging, depressive illness, and expression of disease.

#21 | 1606 days ago

Reducing uncertainty, by increasing knowledge and experience related to stress-causing situations, has the same effect. Learning to cope with problems better, such as improving problem solving and time management skills, may also reduce stressful reaction to problems. Repeatedly facing an object of one's fears may also desensitize the fight-or-flight response with respect to that stimulus—e.g., facing bullies may reduce fear of bullies.

If you look after you body , you will feel better, but looks are genetical in terms of features, etc.
When it comes to toning, building muscle, getting fat or skinny, etc that's up to the individual
