When goats fly, Bartman becomes mayor of Chicago, and Harry Caray's statue comes to life a la "Night at the Museum."

But... I might go with Zambrano, because he'd swing all-or-nothing... either hit it out, or strike out and then destroy the entire dugout.

Derrek Lee would strike out watching a 3-2 belt high ball cross the center of the plate..
Carlos Zambrano would hit an against the browning ivy centerfield wall, leaping fly out.
Shaconage freezes and let’s Soriano pinch hit for him as he is totally awestruck from even playing in the World Series. Soriano then swings and misses on a 3-2 ball in the dirt.
Milton Bradley would hit a ball breaking through a second story window of the building across Waveland Avenue, walkoff Grandslam Home Run. With this, he has redeemed himself with teammates and fans alike. Cubs win the World Series in 2010. Why you say? if it’s fantasy, let it be fantasy.

Dang I just jinxed us as Bradley won’t even be playing for us in 2010.
Argh, the life of a Cub fan!!.

Reading what I just posted, If I did jinx us and I had it to do over, I would bat for myself, and let my imagination run wild as to what might happen.  Left for dreams.

QUICK DELETE YOUR POST!! jk, please leave it. If the Cards can't win the WS, then as long as the Cubbies don't win it I'm happy.

You could always lean into one and keep the inning alive for the next batter.

Aramis Ramirez is the best contact and power hitter the cubs have and is the 1 guy I would want up at the plate.

Obviously, everyone on the list would have to be traded from the Cubs before the deadline to be on a World Series roster! LOL

SORRY I put your LIFE in JEOPARDY, but sometimes that's how the WHEEL OF FORTUNE spins here in CANDYLAND! No, I don't have a MONOPOLY on bad puns, but it's a way to BREAK THE ICE...

Well since these are all Cubs players (except for Bradley now who will be the first player to play for every team in the majors) this scenario is impossible...

#22 | 1566 days ago

If we're doing a fantasy situation, then I'd like Sandberg to be a player-manager...You can guess the rest

The answer to any question like this for me is Pujols
