Everyone knows its the Steelers. Superbowl champions last year, started the season on fire going 6-2 , and now they are 6-7. Its one of the saddest things i have ever seen.

Steelers due to injuries, but a close 2nd is the titans. going from 13-3 to 0-6. Sure they have rebounded but the damage was done. I dont see where Tampa is a disappointment. They lost their last 4 of 08 and fired chucky I didnt see them doing all that well this season and they have lived up to expectations. I would also throw Atlanta in there for 4th most disappointing team

How about some more teams? Like the Patriots? Or the Texans, or Chicago? The Patriots have all those weapons on offense but are struggling mightly. Chicago gave up 2 first rounders for a kid with lots of maturity issues, and the Texans started out 5-4 for the first time in their short existence to only go 1-3 the rest of the way.

TheTexans were 8-8 last season and have yet to have a winning season in their history- so they aren't a disappointment at all...  And the Bears? Most experts predicted them to finish no higher than 3rd in the NFC Central!  And the Patriots only have 5 losses- they could easily end up 11-5- hardly a disappointing season.

Tampa Bay was 9-7 last year and only 1-12 as of right now. That's enough to put them on this list. They even had a better record than the Saints last year, which most people forget. This poll is meant for which teams have taken the biggest plunge this season.

based off finishing 0-4 and not expected to do anything and losing Garcia as their QB, IMO I dont think that they are a disappointment like Tenn, Pitt, NYG, and even the Falcons. I know its subjective. Just my 2 cents
