He was on my College Football Team until he got kicked out of school. I would take him over T.O. every single day of the Year.

Easy for me to answer 'no' because Andre Johnson is on my team.  Moss is tempting, for sure.

Randy Moss and Miles Austin together???  Sure, I'll take that combo!

We've already survived T.O., so I'm sure we could handle Moss (who is better than Owens, by the way).

I would like to have him on my team if the Packers didn't have the talent ar WR that they do now.

WRs with 10 catch/100 yard Games (since NFL merger)
1st place         Jerry Rice - played in 303 gms, finishing with 15 games of 10 catches/100 yds
2nd place        Marvin Harrison - played in 190 gms, finishing with 14 games of 10 catches/100 yds
3rd place-tie   Tim Brown - played in 255 gms, finishing with 13 games of 10 catches/100 yds
Andre Johnson - after his 99th gm, already has 13 games of 10 catches/100 yds
-------------------------------------
I'm not sure what you mean by "...body of work that far outlasts..." when both players are still active.  And since Moss entered the leage in 1998, and Johnson in 2003, Johnson will presumably be playing for several years after Moss has retired.  In other words, it's far too soon to compare their body of work over their careers.
-------------------------------------
2008 Receiving Yards                             2009 Receiving Yards (thru 15 games)
Moss  1008                                                 Moss  1189
Johnson  1575                                            Johnson  1504
-------------------------------------
I wasn't saying Moss is not a great receiver, because I think he is.  It kind of says something to me, though, when such a great player is now with his 3rd team.  Johnson has never been anything but the ultimate team-player, and is the face of the Texans on the offensive side of the ball.
If Andre Johnson wasn't on my team, of course I'd wonder what Moss could contribute, which is why I said "Moss is tempting, for sure".  But, Andre Johnson is on my team, and Moss simply isn't needed.  We'd be much better off spending money and draft picks on other team needs, of which there are plenty.

All Moss can do is catch he pouts and never throws a block if he was anything he would have performed against the Ravens he was shut down to afraid to go over the middle no I would not touch him plus there are others who bring more and cost less!  Look at Dallas new comer Austin.  To much talent in the WR's to go after baggage.
