I only chose MJD because running backs are very valuable to any team. But in reality, as a Cowboys fan, I'm pretty happy with their current QB and their 3 headed monster at RB!

10-15 years ago the majority of people would've said MJD cuz it was still a running and defense first league. Nowadays its a pass happy game where DB's can't touch recievers and a true consistant super bowl contender needs a great QB who can keep them in any game.

Without a doubt, Peyton Manning. He is a surgeon with a football.

Obviously, as a Jaguar fan, I love Jones-Drew. I think he has the potential to be the best player the Jags have ever had. But why the hell is he even in this conversation? I can see Manning, Brees, Brady or Manning, Brees, Rivers. But Jones-Drew?

Absolutely, Jones-Drew is going to be one of the Jags who gets into the 'Pride of the Jaguars." He is a great player, and he has his head on straight, which has been a problem for some of the Jags players in the past.

I would have said drew Brees because of his calliber of play, but Manning is a very consistant player and a down-right surgeon with a football.

Runningbacks are a flash in the pan.  Done before the age of 30.    Don't get me wrong CJ's and MoJo's don't grow on trees.  But a good QB will get you by for many years.  They bring leadership, attract other talent to play for your team, and make decent players great players.  Both QB's are great, but if I have to pick one it would be Peyton Manning.

i picked brees over manning due to the fact that manning has WAY too many distractions on his plate (commercials, etc.) that i dont want my qb to have. i want my qb to focus on football during the season, and maybe throw in a commercial or two in the offseason, not 20 commercials, saturday night live, a movie, etc..

Peyton Manning without a doubt.

I am going to miss you my very best lib tard friend. whos going to have my back now?

i picked Darelle Revis as there are only a very few shut down CB's and he is the best of them right now and having one of them really frees up your D to cover the other WR's . Also since i love the D  i have to go with a D player (although love the face that the jags have MJD )

I'd take Peyton Manning, for sure. He makes anyone a star who touches the ball.

I picked the best QB on the list for easy reasons. 1. QB is the most important player in todays league. 2. A good RB in todays league has maybe 5 seasons in him. 3. Rodgers lead his team to a superbowl win. 4. No Payton or Brady on this list.

man I shoulda picked Brian Westbrook, heck if i can find, perhaps I can start my own team with him, and Moss, and T.O.

Ray-Ray brings a little something special. His pre-game speeches make me want to knock running backs out.

you missed out on the greatest defensive player ever: Lawrence Taylor. In his prime, no one came close to his skills and talent. Seriously horrendous omission.
