Hey, it's 2:30 in the morning, and... (Edited 02/13/10 03:53AM by Jess)
OK, it's well after my bedtime, i can't sleep, i'm taking all kinds of locker room polls, I've sat through the late news, Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel...Ozzie Osbourne was hilarious, from what i could understand, I've watched Charlie Rose on PBS...great interview with Peter King of SI, and now it's a re-run of Frazier.
Hey, it's only 11:36 on the West Coast, Jess might still be up doing Q work...well, i guess I'll try and see if i can fall asleep, so...have you had insomnia, had nights were you just cant seem to fall to sleep.?
What do you do.?
I had planned on getting up in the morning and going to Chick Fil-A for breakfast, but now it looks like they'll see me for lunch.
Are you a night owl.?
Do you have insomnia.?
Leave your best stories if you want.

I've been spending a lot of late nights talking to someone who is a very special person and it's well worth missing sleep over. I dare say she is amazing!

Law keepers are wide awake, that is why they are paid for by the societal system of taxes.Cyb crimes, terror networks think that they are clever, as crime is always a step ahead of prevention, but long arms of laws take time, investigations are crucial as the system can not punish  asingle innocent , in the process hundred deviants may escape, to be caught later by the long arms.!
Social networks with facades if indulge in greed and lust, the investigation has to be more detailed, more incisive, to stand legal scrutiny.

I have my periods of sleeplessness--mostly when I have something on my mind and can't clear it until after I write it out of my system.  Tonight, I'm playing nurse for my son who got a concussion yesterday; we're on the 'wake him up every 2 hour schedule tonight'.  For me, it's better just to stay awake through the process.  I'll catch a "power nap" tomorrow.

I've been an insomniac since college, so i'm so used to sleep deprivation. When it comes, I usually watched shows i've dvr'd or play video games then get ready for work. The longest fit was while i pregnant. I think it was a good 2 weeks straight with maybe 4 hours total sleep, not exaggerating. My body adjusts and  i am still quite functional.

I stay up for the infomercials.

8:00am.....time to wake-up my wife, and for me to get some sleep.....
#19 | 1698 days ago

Sleep is for sissies. Just ask hippie chick. LOL We need to start a group or something. Is there an insomniacs anonymous already? We could meet in the church basement at 3:00 AM. I've also started to refer to people with regular sleep patterns, day walkers.

Amen to that ... I think I'm gonna slip something in your drink at the First Annual FanIQ Fanny Awards ceremony just to get you to sleep at a normal, human hour.

Most of the time I can sleep like a rock, and will do so as often as possible.     I love me some sleep.

Tracy woke me up at 10:30, and made me some oatmeal. I tried to go back to sleep, but it didn't work, the dogs barking all morning long, so I finally stopped trying and got up at 11AM.

I try not to sleep a whole lot, I kinda like the way my eyes burn all day and walking around with that feeling that someone stuffed my shoes with a couple of pounds of bologna.

Well I have to get up at 5 a.m. M-F. So if I'm smart, I'll get to bed by 10-ish. It's usually dictated by when the dog wants her last walk. When I stay up later it's usually because I'm ON THIS SITE. However, it can be as early as 8 and if I'm trying to grade papers... ZZZZZZZ

Oh some of those nights I can stay up late indeed, except if I'm noticed coming to bed in the middle of the night, my wife assumes I'm talking to strange women on the Internet. Don't worry-- you're not that strange.
