 The only thing he is guilty of is being stupid. Look it's not easy for me to say this, but women have learned there's big bucks to be made by yelling this bulls**t. And do you know who they are hurting besides the man they are falsely accusing? The women who are raped for real, it is already begun to happen I know longer believe these women when they accuse sports fiqures of this. And how sad is that.

 The only thing he is guilty of is being stupid. Look it's not easy for me to say this, but women have learned there's big bucks to be made by yelling this bulls**t.  I haven't paid a ton of attention to this case (partly because the media has been pretty kind to Big Ben thus far).  That said, he's got multiple rings and being paid big time money... how the heck does he keep putting himself in this situation?  He should be able to do much better.  Either Big Ben is a creep (and potential criminal) or he's quite stupid.

How is it that Ben gets a little nooky in a bar bathroom, and he gets tagged as a rapist within milliseconds, while Tiger is out bangin babes worldwide, and they ALL admit it was consensual.  Maybe Tigers just got a better follow through?

He sure has put our little spot of the world on the map for now.  There is a special "CSI Team" assigned to this case.  This bar is famous now.  They have the surveillance video of that night.....but I doubt they have cameras in a restroom!  I don't know if the man is guilty of rape or not but he is guilty of making some very unwise decisions!

 Ben is definitely stupid ..whats the saying once a fool shame on you..twice a fool shame on me? His saving grace in The Tahoe, case is the girl bragged to her friends she "did" him....thus no criminal charges and the friends were deposed and admitted she bragged. A civil case is easier to prove thus she went that route.....The Georgia case.....hmmmm too early.....he certainy lacks good judgement and ifhe thinks forcing himself is attractive ,then i say karma is a bitch....
