Should Fan IQ have had a tournament bracket this year?
For the first time since I've been a Fan IQ member there is no NCAA tournament bracket.
For a sports website, do you think it was a good idea to drop the tournament?

The original concept behind FanIQ was a sports site where fans from around the world could come to test there knowledge in different areas and play games to try to "beat the experts".   As FanIQ has grown, the direction and focus of the site has changed dramatically and somewhere along the line, the thing that made this site different from the rest of the sports sites on the internet has been completely lost.  March Madness is one of the biggest sporting events of the year and whether there is a TV or big prize awarded or not, there is no logical reason why FanIQ shouldnt have a bracket challenge.  For a site that claims to want to be the best sports site on the web, someone really did drop the ball on this one

If they want I can start one just for here and advertise it just in here. The mods know how much I love to start leagues!  I have my own fantasy sports kingdom outside of here, but would be very easy for me to create a FAN IQ league and just do it within here if they need help with that kind of thing. They just should let me know if they have a preference for what site they would like me to start one at. I'd prefer to stick with where I am doing mine at but I will be joining a couple of other sites as well with people that invited me in the last few days.

I think it's a little to late now, being Wednesday. I would've loved to play.

Citizen's Fan has a good tournament bracket, and it isn't too late. I have a question for you in regards to one of your trivia questions too. Can you hit me up on Facebook? I'm Mike Meinhart, and you can find me by searching for the email michaelmeinhart@yahoo.com. I'm a big Ohio State fan by the way. I'm just a fan, I graduated from OSU, but I don't "hate" any teams. I can't stand bad sports who can't respect the rilvary for what it is.

Absolutely.  It's a yearly tradition to do the FanIQ bracket challenge and try to win a TV.  I would do it even if a TV wasn't up for grabs, but it was a lot of fun and a ton of people played each year.

I'm sure there's a good reason as to why FanIQ isn't doing it this year, but I haven't heard anything yet.

ya totally

I kept looking for it...  I know there were a few bugs when the bracket was first introduced last year, but was kinda cool to compete against the entire FanIQ community.      Really makes no sense to have the bracket missing in action this year...

I haven't been on a month or two, and just logged in today specifically to enter FanIQ's tourney challenge. Kind of sad there isn't one.

could have done it. I got 49 into my own group at another site within a day, out of just my fantasy sports contacts,
#16 | 1159 days ago

By the way if anyone wants s to join mine. Contact me at eddino55@yahoo.com or here. Up to 57 people in now  and you have about an hour left. I was told I can still mention my groups as long as I don't give a name or a link to them, so no prob there. Just know if  you ever hear from me that I have some great folks that have been playing with me for a long time now and leagues in everything. Also have some baseball ones going I am looking  to fill if anyone is interested and I especially need a few ladies for my battle of the sexes baseball ones.

I am really bummed now!    So far, I am ranked in the 99th percentile worldwide in the Yahoo bracket - would have really liked to have seen how that would have compared with all my good friends here on FanIQ...  No need for a prize... I can live with "bragging rights"!!!
