Does money matter?
Going to the Nebraska Wake Forest Game.  I'll assume an average ticket price of $50.  Is there an amount of money that would stop you from going to see your favorite team.  Yes I know a rival game would be bigger, or playing a top 5 team, and I have paid $200 for a ticket before.  Just want to know average game between your team and another good team.  Average tickets online for this game are over $150.  Darn You Wake Forest for winning the ACC last year.

Money only matters if you don't have any.

I went to the West Virginia vs. Louisville game last year and paid $185 a piece for the tickets..I had the perfect seat..but West Virginia unfortunately lost..I only had to pay face value to get the tickets for this years game at WVU though.

I'd pay over $200 if it were for the right game. The magnitude of the game would have to determine how much.

I'd only buy tickets at face value.  I don't have to get into the arena that bad to see a sporting event.  Based on some of the responses here, I might have to consider becoming a ticket broker.

Money matters because of a tight budget.

Money doesn't matter. I get my tickets for face value BUT I have held tickets in my hand that I could have easily sold for 3 grand on ebay before & I still went to my game. Even the season opener for OU & North Texas shouldn't be a big wow factor but I still wont sell my tickets.

On the other hand I am known for giving my tickets away to friends so they can have a good time & a great experience. Last season I gave my OU/Texas ticket to my husbands best friend cause he had never been to a OU game let alone & a major college rivalry before.

Clemson and South Carolina aren't even on the same map as OU and Texas, and no way in a hell would I give away my ticket to that game. You are too nice.

Its all worth it. Great people deserve good things & if I can give it to them then I do it happily. I am going this year & to be honest I am glad I didn't go to that game lol!!

Well if I could look back on every game I went to, I'd have given away most of my USC vs. Clemson tickets.

Awe I am taking my son. He starts his season next weekend so he wont be able to attend very many games....his team comes first. So we will go & get autographs & lose our voices lol.

OU/Texas is a lifetimes experience. I get to do things all the time. Why not give to someone who doesn't have the same advantage. The man I gave them to works hard..great husband...wonderful father. He deserves to get out & have a good time...plus my husband had a good time too cause he went with one of his buddies. They bought T shirts that said "Hey Texas fans" on the front & on the back they said "I had your girl screaming boomer sooner last night" lol....they had chicks from Texas taking pictures with them cause of those shirts. Funny stuff :P
