Sandra Bullock Files for Divorce from Jesse James
Read the Article: Sandra Bullock Files for Divorce from Jessie James

Sandra Bullock Files for Divorce from Jesse James PhotoSandra Bullock has opened up to People Magazine in an exclusive interview.  She acknowledges that she has filed for Divorce from Jesse after reports of his repeated infidelities with at least four other women surfaced shortly after she received the Oscar.  Sandra was awarded the Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress for her role in "The Blind Side" and in her acceptance speech paid huge respect and thanks to Jesse for all he has been to her.  She appeared on Oprah with many of the other winners, and Oprah even made mention of the look on Jesse's face as she spoke her acceptance speech.

Everything shattered almost immediately when reports of Jame's infidelities began to surface.

Now Sandra has gone public with the information that she and Jesse had been in the process of adopting a three and a half month old baby boy, whom she will now adopt singly and raise as a single mother.

The only thing i think is that the child needs both parents, and although I hope she doesn't have to pay him money. If she does so be it it's called she makes ore than he does and well I think thats pretty cool. He has already lost as far as I'm concerned.

Good poll Debi, I am oor, and it's nice to see you active again in the Locker Room.

I'm pretty sure question 3 wont matter because Jesse owns West Coast Choppers (expensive custom bikes) so I'm sure he isn't hurting for money!!!

Hence the "IF" at the very beginning of the question.  I'm pretty sure they are both wealthy enough that it won't even be an issue, but was curious to see the comments and opinions, that's all.

About time, it shouldn't have even taken her this long to dump that two time loser.

as for #3 ERA goes both ways. The laws of the state should apply to everybody. If she makes more and the alimony law is based on "earning" then she should pay. Personally I live in a state that does not provide alimony for either party. Child support goes to the custodial parent,  the amount is based on the earnings of both father and mother.

They did take his lame reality show off the air, though.  I'm sure he'll cry poverty when the judge is listening in.

I heard that she is allowing Jesse to be part of raising the child, and wants the baby to know him as her father (since she says he's actually a great father to his other kids).  That's pretty generous of her, I'd say.

She shouldn't have to pay him anything, he is the one who destroyed the marriage.  Let his bomb bomb baby keep him up.
