I eat breakfast for dinner....Coffee is the only thing i do in the mornings.....and lots of it....

I eat breakfast every morning, even if it's just a granola bar or piece of fruit tossed into my bag for an on-the-way-to-work-munch-fest.

egg  whites, turkey, lettuce and tomoatoes inside a wheat wrap,,, on the week-end real eggs, meat, potatoes or grits!

 Most common hurry b.fast is cornflakes or toast, scrambled eggs, a glass of bournvita/orange juice .......... if time wins in the race then I take sandwich/pizza/burger/spring roll at the food corner on my way .........

An aspirin and a vitamin E capsule  The I wonder why I've been feeling so tired lately. I'm eating breakfast around 1 pm these days.

Coffee: It's what's for breakfast.   I only eat breakfast every now and then. On the weekends, i eat at about 130, depending on what time the drinking is to begin.

i don't have much of a routine. i eat when i think of it/can afford it. lately it's been a pot pie after work (yummiest 50 cents ever) or, oh my gosh, a cesar salad wrap from kroger's

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  It fuels the body for all the tasks that need to be accomplished during the day.  Everybody should ingest some nutrition after their night's rest.  Myself, I'm a big breakfast eater.  Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage and milk.  Or maybe a big bowl of oatmeal with raisins and milk.  You know, Milk, it does a body good.

Coffee in the morning and I usually eat something around noon, weekends I eat breakfast with one of those days usually being Chick-Fil-A....

AT 6 AM, ONLY MATE AND COFFEE, BUT I TAKE A GRAT LUNCH AT 13 PM , POTATOES TORTILLA OR A STEAK, OR MILANESAS, PORK ,ALL WHITH A BIG SALADE ,MAYBE POTATOES, AND A FRUIT, .-, HERE IN ARGENTINA,ONLY IN THE COUNTRY THE PEOPLE EAT EARLY IN THE MORNING, ASADO, CHORIZOS, PUCHERO, BUT IN THE CITY, ALL TAKE A GOOD LUNCH AT NOON.-AND, IN DINNER AT 9 PM OR MAYBE 10 PM.-

I cook breakfast and lunch for a family M-F.  So I have to eat what I make.
Weekends at home is coffee and biscuits and gravy.

dont generally have an appetite in the morn, but know its so important to eat somethng so i keep odawala or go lean bars or trio bars on hand..or dried fruit.....i do like 1/2 coffee and 1/2 almond or soy milk too.....

I get out of work at 8a.m., so it depends on what mood I'm in and what I've eaten through out the night. Sometimes I'll grab a couple of sausage Mcmuffins on the way home, or just pick off my kids plate after I make them breakfast at home.

If I eat breakfast it is usually a breakfast shake or maybe bagel.  On weekends we sometimes go out and then I will have eggs and toast.

i usually dont hav fixed breakfast eatables but i do have almonds and apricots every morning.followed by oatmeal or cornflakes...then i have fruits and egg with bread sometimes,porridge and some tea or coffee etc.a heavy breakfast is good to keep u fit and happy all day!!!Flippy

I drink a nice cold Coke first thing in the morning while I wait for the Coffee to make.
 Then I eat when I get hungry usually around midnight some times it's not until the next day
I don't have a set eating schedule just Coffee and Coke
