vacation was fantastic. the pacific northwest awesome. been 36 years since i was there so it was great visit. a while back a poll asked what is a ritual or activity  we've seen that we found to be very odd.  here it is.  while having the daughter chauffer us around so we could do the tourist type stuff, we happened upon the cemetery where bruce and brandon lee are laid to rest. what the hell is up with the huge group of people having a tailgate party at the gravesite?  WTF? and people thought i was nuts for suggesting a cookout in the church parking lot before a wedding. a novel way of honoring the deceased, god bless them.

another beautiful day in the sierras! I hd REALLY wild dreams! first becaus ei actually remembered them(very rare i sleep that deep),and secondly caus ei had sex twice!  Not sure who the first guy was.....but the second guy was Tony Danza????Weird,that he would pop into my dream,,,H'e s cute and all but not really my type.....  but hey  ..ill take the fact that i had sex ,even in a dream ok!!
   Sitting out on the porch enjoying the sounds of the birds talking among themselves,is always so peaceful...love sitting out side in the morn....then a big rig pulled up across the street with a 7 horse trailer behind it.....pulled into my neighbors yard.and felt slight validation that he had to back up and go around the block and retry,,becaus eif you ever saw me try and back a trailer up.........welll i suck..plain and simple......so the pleasure  of knowing that he did too was great!!(ok so my trailer is one axel and small,,but still!!!)
   I am guessing my neighbor got himselg a new horse..Cant wait to see him tomorrow on my PT walk(e walk the same time,,he takes his 2 goldens out)...he is probably in his 70s,and its great to see him still loving and enjoying animals! Plus with all the horses being abondandond and let go into the mountains..it maks my heart happy to see someone getting one....One at a time...it all makes a difference
        Going to make some tonics today with my flowers......chamommille, lavendar, rose,and calundula,and green tea..I let them steep in glass containers in the sunshine for about 3 days,,then use the waters in spritzes and homemade skin care products,,and also organic horse spray:).yah!!!.   also like to put some high mineral rocks in glass and let the minerals steep too..malachlite and asurite are great ones to use!   and for those of you who cant tolerate too uch sun but like having the look of sun tan skin?..steep black tea..very strong...let it coll and put in a fine misting bottle..and spray on yourself.....it works like sunless tanner without the chemicls..and is good for the skin......you can use a fresh damp sponge to blot..it works great:)..you in real hot areas....mix 10 drops of essential oil of peppermint to 12 ounces of cold water..and mist your self...it lowes your core temperatue as well and relieves sunburn pain........a bit of lavendar is great in it as well:)...enjoy!!!!  love is in the earth!

what about spfs and shade?...ya lost me?...i was merely suggesting a way for people to get a sun kissed body with out sun...ie spray tanning and sunless tanning are popular....that doesnt have any chemicals in them......many people have senssitive skin and spfs irritate them and also use mineral oil bases which clogs pores.... i like mysun screen home made and likethe balck teas along with sun personally.....there are many that have skin cancer as well and like the look of tanned skins..so was suggesting alternatives for them
