I cant really include Elway , with his threats to go CFL, if the Colts picked him. Actually Payton did the same with San Diego. So I guess its OJ.

It was Eli, who refused to play for the Chargers.

My heart says to include Jim Plunkett and Drew Bledsoe, both started their career w/NE Patriots. Plunkett #1 1970 played 5 subpar seasons for Pats, had a cup of mud w/49ers,then filled in for Oakland Raiders in 1980,then went 9-2-made playoffs eventually winning SB XV (Plunkett was named SB MVP)also w/LA Raiders won SB XVIII.  Drew Bledsoe another #1 pick for NE Patriots, always threw for long yardage, still holds single game record for 45 completions/no picks guided Pats to a SB 31 loss to Brett Favre's Packers. After winning Super Bowl 36 behind Tom Brady's heroics-Drew knew he had to move on, played for Buffalo and Dallas.
Career totals are impressive 44,000 passing yards, slightly ahead of Joe Montana.
