Help a Sister Out!
I'm always on the lookout for cool, interesting, fun, addictive, neato (couldn't think of another adjective, bear with me) websites for wasting time.

So, Qers, what are your favorite useful (or not so much) websites that maybe we haven't heard of?

First, happynews.com, guaranteed to pump sunshine up your *ss 24/7.

Second, lingo2word.com/translate.php, it helps you when attempting to understand anything someone under 16 is trying to say to you.

My latest is Crackle.com.

"NBC’s Hulu may be the dominant video-streaming service for legally watching TV shows and movies, but its catalogue isn’t nearly comprehensive. Rival service Crackle fills in missing shows and films owned by Sony Pictures, in case you want to watch movies like Ghostbusters or Groundhog Day. Crackle’s collection isn’t as big as Hulu’s, but there are plenty of hidden gems here (Karate Kid II, anyone?)."

I have both crackle and hulu bookmarked.  Crackle shows both the free content and the pay content, linking to Amazon, netflix and other pay sites.  You can filter out, but you're pretty much left with hulu's showings, with a few others.  (Unless they've changed so in the last couple of months.)

I've been using a music site called Songfacts, which has a message board, for several years, it's primarily about classic rock

Also I co-own a group (with SusanVette and Cali Kat) featuring 30+ members of this site, former and present. It's now basically defunct and I can't remember the addy. If anybody here is a member of it and has the link still, could you help a brother out?

Whenever I need a good laugh or a pick me up, I visit the Walmart people website.  I don't know the web address, I have it bookmarked!  I can always find something that will brighten my day.  It brings me back to when I used to work at a Wal-Mart and saw some of the things that I can never unsee again!

Was lucky...when I worked there, the strangest sight around was usually me with my jester hat (along whatever other seasonal items I threw on.)

Although, there was this one customer who reeked so bad, you could usually smell her 3 aisles away, a half hour after she left.

Just type in a word in search and see where that takes you.  I have done that and spent hrs just checking things out.  I also like to go window shopping.  Go to any store you wish you could shop in and can't and put things in your shopping cart you would love to have.  When you get tired of shopping there just click it off and your need for shopping has been satisfied.   lol

I love your profile pic buddy. It reminds me of when I was a kid and Streef Figther 2 first came out in arcade form, they put one in our local 7-11, we must have spent 4 hours a day there playing that sh*t. Then When it came out on Super Nintendo, we would have tournaments at my friends house. Now I am sad, God*amit!  Stupid memories!!

ok then I have to agree with damnyouautocorrect.com - it's somewhat new so there aren't enough pages to keep you busy for long but there's new stuff being added all the time. I haven't laughed as hard as I do on that site, in a long time.

Other than that, of course I spend most all my time on this site, either working or playing.

During breaks here and there, I go to pogo.com, facebook and play games or stalk my friends, or I go to twitter and read some crazy tweets.

Or I check out whatever links Nellie's shooting over to me in YIM

Sorry, I'm not much help.
