Is it werid that I totally thought you dressed up to decorate your tree?    I thought to myself "Oh, theres kenne in his Christms tree decorating suit"    Sorry about that, but sometimes your hard to peg.

Just for clarification; I called it a holiday tree because even people who celebrate a different holiday this time of year sometimes have a tree :)

We usually have a big ol' Seahawks tree (unfortunately this year we don't have anything yet - I can't find anything, and I had to throw the last one away) - Seahawks ornaments (snowmen w/Seahawks sweaters, Seahawks players ornaments, ornaments with the Seahawks logo, etc.); blue, green, and white bows of all sizes; clear, blue, and green lights; green, blue, and silver bead garland, and fluffy white snow garland...and we top it all off with a Seahawks Santa hat.

This last pic is a few years old; the other two from last year.

many many many ornaments and lights........the wife just LOOOOOOOOVES her ornaments !!!!!!!!!!!!!
#10 | 1415 days ago

I haven't done it yet but it is usually silver bulbs and burgundy bows. so pretty and very simple.
#11 | 1415 days ago

Mine is lit with any lights left still working, all the ornaments I have accumulated in my last 9 years of teaching (including failed ornaments made by kids in my classroom), Kings ornaments (I get a new hockey one each year), and random ones I've bought over the years at the after Christmas sale. The top of my tree depends on my mood----could be an angel, Kings Santa Hat, or this cool star I found at Big Lots a few years back.

Mine is prelit and 4 ft so the only decoration is an angel on top.

I have a little modest Christmas tree , i get a little tree from a spot not to far from my house every year. Something that doesn't take up a lot of space and is easy to decorate. Have a few ornaments (saints and cajuns) and some Christmas themed stuff and a couple rows of lights.

Careful.....if the preacher from that Dallas Baptist church sees this, he'll twist your good intentions to acknowledge the beliefs of all into being disrespectful to Christians and put you on the "Grinch List"......

I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that article this morning (face-palm)!

we take turns decorating our tree to whatever we want, mine last year was UCLA, it was blue and gold and I put pics of the UCLA sports teams on it. This year is my sons turn and he wants a military/video game theme.

I usually just go to Target and decorate their fake trees they have set up. They don't like that apparently. Especially when I start trimming them.

OK, now for real.  First, my almost finished (I constantly tweak things) tree from last year, and my mini-tree that's in my kitchen...

I'm constantly adding ornaments every year (my family is insane, and knows that I am, as well), even now, it's been like 2 weeks and I'm still not done.

I do not have a tree, however I did go on my sisters bday and put a tree on her grave she loved Christmas. It is 3ft tall with white and red snow flakes with blue balls. It has a battery operated light set. It shines the way she did! She was very active with the Veterans visiting them and taking care packages. She also helped with parades and other activities. This will be the second Christmas without her, with stepfather in ICU on ventilator just can not seem to get into the "Christmas Spirit" I am hoping that every Q member has a wonderful Christmas even the Christmas Haters! Santa loves you!

This picture is cool because it looks like something is coming out of my sisters nose, and it looks like the star is on fire.

You kinda remind me of a white Michael Strahan.

Michael Strahan sans Necole was up bright and early for the ESPN breakfast with Ciroc Vodka held at the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Joya Spa. Ciroc Vokda and breakfast should not be in the same sentence.
