2nd Graders vs. YOU #2
Good Afternoon boys, girls, kiddos, dips, and chidlers!

The following 8 problems (a mix of math and language arts) are from the 20 question Daily Work Quiz I give my students at the end of every week. To protect the privacy of my students and quite frankly to add a little fun, I have replaced the names (and some other stuff) in some of the problems with the names of some of our beloved Q'ers.

So put on your thinking caps and answer away. Good Luck!

Isn't "saw" spelt correctly? I'm confused, but i should get extra credit for that right? I wanna pick my own color star for my paper. You're picks are kinda boring. How come you're not married? My shoelaces are wet, that's why I didn't tie them after recess. Can I go to the bathroom? My pencil tastes weird, but good right after I sharpen it. My Mom says ALL kids take Ritalin. I have two Guinea pigs, one's brown and one's white... What answers to what questions?

(said in Disney Princess voice)----First, the sentence with "saw" was an example.....on how to count the words, so no extra credit.
Second, you get what you get and don't throw a fit----------and my stars are lovely colors, you will be happy. Third, my prince hasn't come. Fourth, tuck them in your shoe. Fifth, yes--but you will give me 3 minutes of your recess and a ticket. Sixth, don't put it in your pants, you remember what happened last time---limping, blood, pointing. Sixth, seventh, and eigth-----that's nice, what are their names? And finally 9th----what questions to what answers?

Although my 4th grade teacher insisted that a complete sentence had to be at least 6 words long.
(Then again, she wore snake-themed jewelry, had an Amy Winehouse hairdo, and smelled like talcum powder and feet.)
