7 Deadly Sins Rapture Party (Edited 10/19/11 05:11PM by Jess)
OK, well, with the pending demise of our known existence, I thought: what better time to have a party!

This is an online party to indulge in the seven deadly sins you currently commit or think about "way too much".  Create your list starting with your greatest / most consistent sin (s), and lets see how we compare.

The real party is at my house on Saturday.  As not to discriminate, it's a 50/50 party with a sin-less side, and a sinfully indulgent side.  Masquerade costumes are optional to maintain various levels of anonymity depending upon the level of indulgence to various forms of activity and debauchery.  O.K., there's one bit of discrimination: out of respect for Janet, there will be no "plushies".

Any additional commentary, be wary of the CoC.  If, by chance, the rapture doesn't occur, you'll have to deal with the Q management to 'account' or 'atone' for CoC indiscretions.

All I can say, is this brings back flashbacks to the Rocky Horror Picture show; whereas after something was said, the crowd would repeat, "Yea, debauchery"!

I'm glad you all took it in the fun way it was intended.  "Honey" Jack Daniels doesn't reach my town until next Wednesday, so I am sticking with my time honoured favorite, "Stoli's" vodka.  The general good news about that considering the top of my list (wrath), is that I am very calmed by alcohol--and not aggressive.  Pertaining to my number two listing (lust), that means any initiation of such will have to be from a secondary contact, as I will be chillin'......

 We all touched on the ones I listed. As for the two I didn't, I kinda wanna see my people suceed so Envy is out. And far as Pride goes, if being a little self-confident is wrong, then dammit I don't wanna be right...Now like Tiger said, LET'S PARTY!!

 No disrespect intended toward the author of this poll or to anyone for that matter. I would just like to say make no mistake about it. No one except God knows the day and hour of Jesus return to earth. If Jesus didn’t know isn’t it crazy to think someone on earth knows.

People have been having fun with this all day and frankly I find humor in it myself so I'll be making plans to attend church Sunday.

Mike that is the EXACT point I've been telling people in discussions about this topic across a couple of pages.  I think it's funny, pathetic, and annoying at the same time when hearing humankind of whatever religion advocating "knowing" the divine.
