 Morning.

And so it begins. First meeting of the year at 8:30 this morning. That......should take a couple of hours. Then some last minute touches to my classroom and a couple things to run off at the copy machine and I'm ready for a new school year. ( I've been told I'll have a one on one aide in my class..............oh the joy. lol I'm going to miss Gump. ) One of the Lame Teachers (formerly known as the ardTa Teachers) is trying to get on my good side. She brought me some Social Studies workbooks. That was nice, but you know what would really get me, teach.......don't just sit and collect a check. You can't do the job, get out.

In other news, my principal still has a hard time making eye contact, Eddie Murphy is hosting the Oscars (I hope it's 48 Hours and Beverly Hills Cop Eddie and not "Talk to the Animals" and fat suit Eddie), and it's hot as b@lls here.

Have a joyous day. Remember------an :apple: a day, keeps the doctor away.

Because now it's stuck in my head:

"Here With Me" by Dido

I didn't hear you leave
I wonder how am I still here
And I don't want to move a thing
It might change my memory

[Chorus:]
Oh I am what I am
I'll do what I want
But I can't hide
I won't go
I won't sleep
I can't breathe
Until you're resting here with me
I won't leave
I can't hide
I cannot be
Until you're resting here with me

I don't want to call my friends
They might wake me from this dream
And I can't leave this bed
Risk forgetting all that's been

[Chorus]
Now follow me and do exactly what you see...

You're KILLING me smalls.  Since I didnt end up getting him on waivers, I might as well ask the question. Jason, why the hell would you drop Ahmad Bradshaw (your 4th round pick) to pick up Chad Henne? I told you I would give you Cassel, you didnt even attempt to trade anyone. You could have gotten a nice QB for Bradshaw. Unless theres something I dont know about Henne that I should. I' m ready to trade you Ryan Matthews for Adrain Peterson, hit me up.

Sup peoples.....tired this morning because I didn't fall asleep until after midnight, but had to be up at the a*s crack of dawn.  It's all good, though.  The crisp fall weather puts this guy in a great mood.

Went to a buddy's to play Madden 2012 last night after class(hence the reason for being up late).  He had been running his chompers for weeks about how his Lions were going to destroy my Bears.  I beat his a*s 21-0 thanks to 3 Julius Peppers sacks and 158 yards rushing from Matt Forte.  Hopefully that's what happens come 10/10.  Badass game, btw.

I see Obama is going to interrupt the Packers/Saints game tomorrow night.  Is he doing it to spite the Pack?  I think so.  Bear Down!

In other news, who knew eating Combos, watching Nascar, and lack of retail stores make a city manly?  According to this list, most of the best cities in this great country aren't very masculine.  Lulz.  I'm about to buy some Dale Jr gear so I don't feel so insecure.

And just because it never gets old, check out Rich Rod getting his Josh Groban on....sorry Dickey, you may have "raised me up," but you lost your job.

Hola amigos y amigas!

I couldn't sleep last night, so I am really tired today. Too much stress I think. I may need to have a massage or something!

So this weekend is my best friend's, daughter's wedding. I have nothing to wear. Maybe I am being picky, I mean it isn't super fancy. Anyways I am gonna try one more store if I don't find anything I am just wearing something I already have. Ugh wedding's are so stressful.

Anyways, I hope today is better than yesterday. Have a great day everyone and here is a song for Ash...well and anyone else that enjoys it!

"Careless Whisper"

I Feel So Unsure
As i take your hand
And lead you to the dance floor
As the music dies
Something in your eyes
Calls to mind a silver screen
And all its sad goodbyes

[Chorus]

I'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're not a fool
I should have known better than to cheat a friend
And waste a chance that i've been given
So i'm never gonna dance again
The way i danced with you

Time can never mend
The careless whisper of a good friend
To the heart and mind
Ignorance is kind
There's no comfort in the truth
Pain is all you'll find

[Chorus]

Tonight the music seems so loud
I wish that we could lose this crowd
Maybe it's better this way
We'd hurt each other with the things we want to say
We could have been so good together
We could have lived this dance forever
But now who's gonna dance with me
Please stay

[Chorus]

Now that you've gone
Now that you've gone
Now that you've gone
Was what i did so wrong
So wrong that you had to leave me alone
Oh I am what I am and I do what I want...

Buenos Dias Sh*theads!

Actor and screen legend Anthony Michael Hall was arrested yesterday for disturbing the peace.  A neighbor in his condo called the F'n police when Hall was found ripping the plants out of the lobby area of the condo.  When police arrived, they of course, asked about the ruckus, to which Hall responded "could you describe the ruckus, sir".  The Breakfast Club still F'n rules.  Don't you forget about me!

Pop singer Lady Gaga has posed without makeup for the latest issue of "Harper's Bazaar".  Gaga says that "she" doesn't really consider it going "natural" because of some sh*t about 'fake' being the new 'real'.

WTF does that sh*t mean?  Gaga says whether "she's" wearing makeup or not, "she's" the same person on the inside.  Yup, and what a special little fella you are!

According to my reliable source (yahoo news), Americans are waiting to hear some real sh*t come outta President Barry's trap about his "jobs plan".  Here at Cactus Jack, Inc., we strive to bring you the news...THE REAL F'N NEWS, before you even know you need it.  I have obtained a copy of President Barry's speech in advance, and I am now going to enlighten you F'ers.  It says : "I'm a politician.  I'm a F'n liar.  I'm a F'n thief.  I could give two sh*ts if you dumb f*cks have a job.  Don't ask any other politicians for help, because we all go back to the Whitehouse when you are done whining and we F'n laugh at you.  We will continue selling the soul of this nation for bl*wj*bs by incredibly gorgeous, yet extremely shallow callgirls.  Blah blah blah, blah blah blah."

But seriously, now for some sh*t that really matters.  Rolling Stoned Magazine has released its latest issue, in which it hails "Barbie Girl" as the worst song of the nineties.  Can't say I really disagree with that, but they have Ice Ice Baby on that list too.  Are you sh*tting me????  Ice Ice Baby is a F'n classic!  These dumb b*st*rds need to listen to some more Milli Vanilli.  I bet they have better luck with the next decade.  If it weren't for bands like FFDP, the music industry would be even below the toilet by now.

Back to politics, several members of the GOP are planning on skipping out on President Barry's speech about jobs.  See, now here is the F'n problem.  WE THE PEOPLE ARE OUT OF F*CKING WORK, and the stoopid f*ckers responsible for fixing this sh*t can get waway with playing hooky from their jobs.  (Don't forget, we get the privilege of paying theses scum sucking f*cktards for the rest of their lives).  I have an idea for those planning on skipping out.  You go home and look for a real F'n job, and I'll go listen to the President lie.  At least I will be doing what I am getting paid for.  It's called working for a living, whether you like it or not!

Don't forget, kids....tomorrow night is opening kickoff for the NFL.  Now we can all relax and enjoy being able to pay our hard earned money to watch a bunch of snotty a$$ed, loud mouthed F'n millionaires beat the living sh*t out of each other.  Packers vs. Saints to kick it off.  Don't worry though, the good teams will play later this week!  Keep in mind that, once again, the Falcons are in first place in their division.  Most experts predict that this situation will change once they actually start playing games, but for now, there is cause for celebration in Hotlanta!

In other news, Kaduufi is still alive, people are dying, the economy bl*ws chunks, and you, my friends, have been F'n updated.  Peace out.

... that people who preach about being open minded are the most closed minded.

thanks to the special lady who talked me off a ledge last night.  whether she reads this or not, i have no some idea, but you know who you are (song is dedicated to you when i get there, whether you like it or not).

If you missed late night post from me, my Daughter apparently spiked the crap out of some volleyball.  I've heard from 3 parents.  Seriously.

If it weren't for the Phillies, Braves would own the NL.  Maybe the Brewers or West will take them out in the division round.

Day off, Volleyball for me tonight, followed by a drink.  Sam Adams Octoberfest, I'm luving it.

Not much else for now.

So Ladies and Gentlemen, Rascal Flatts:

You feel like a candle in a hurricane
Just like a picture with a broken frame
Alone and helpless
Like you've lost your fight
But you'll be alright, you'll be alright

Cause when push comes to shove
You taste what you're made of
You might bend, till you break
Cause its all you can take
On your knees you look up
Decide you've had enough
You get mad you get strong
Wipe your hands shake it off
Then you Stand, Then you stand

Life's like a novel
With the end ripped out
The edge of a canyon
With only one way down
Take what you're given before its gone
Start holding on, keep holding on

Cause when push comes to shove
You taste what you're made of
You might bend till you break
Cause it's all you can take
On your knees you look up
Decide you've had enough
You get mad, you get strong
Wipe your hands, shake it off
Then you stand, then you stand

Everytime you get up
And get back in the race
One more small piece of you
Starts to fall into place
Oh
And I find it kind of funny...

Good day bitches.

As I'm sitting here having my coffee, half-reading the news headlines, I'm reminded that the news is insane.  Let me share some of it with you.

From the New York Post:  Girl CalledMom as Bear Ate Her
(Literally, some chick in Siberia called her mom as a bear and her cubs slowly ate the girl and her step-father.  Sadly, the article did not mention who her cell phone carrier was because, damn.  If you can connect in Siberian bear country, I'm sold.)

From The Daily Beast:  Man Beheads Self in Virginia
(Apparently the dude tied a cable to his neck, then to a tree, got in his truck and stepped on the gas after a domestic dispute.  For me, it was a reason to run through 20+ Austin Powers-esque "losing your head" jokes.  Now you're doing it.  See?)

From The Huffington Post:  Swallowable Perfume to Come in Capsule Form
(The perfume scent atoms would be excreted from the skin when people sweat.  A)  Does no one else see the ridiculous "I didn't know ingesting a chemical that would absorb into my bloodstream might cause cancer of the every-f*cking-thing" potential here?  And B)  I thought this might help with smelly people, but let's be honest.  People forget to take life-saving medications and baby-blocking birth control.  There will STILL be stinky folk out there.)

And I find it kind of funny...

Aliens Exist
Hey mom, there's something in the back room
Hope it's not the creature from above
You used to read me stories
As if my dreams were boring
We all know conspiracies are dumb

What if people knew that these were real
I'd leave my closet door open all night
I know the CIA would say
What you hear is all hearsay
I wish someone would tell me what was right

Up all night long
And there's something very wrong
And I know it must be late
Been gone since yesterday
I'm not like you guys
I'm not like you

I am still the skeptic, yes you know me
Been best friends and will be til we die
I got an injection
Of fear from the abduction
My best friend thinks I'm just telling lies
(Alright)

Up all night long
And there's something very wrong
And I know it must be late
Been gone since yesterday
I'm not like you guys
I'm not like you

Dark and scary, ordinary, explanation
Information, nice to know ya, paranoia
Where's my mother, biofather

Up all night long
And there's something very wrong
And I know it must be late
Been gone since yesterday
I'm not like you guys
Twelve majestic lies

(ok listening to that while posting the lyrics just put me in a MUCH better mood. Fun song.)

Jesus had a pet dinosaur? So according to them Fred Flintstone was Jesus?

Also as a side note, when the Romans had Fred on the cross and he cried up to heaven, "Forgive them father, for they know not what they do!" It probably sounded more like this "Forgive them father, for they know not what they Yabba-Dabba-Do!"
Oh I am what I am and I do what I want...

Last night, things got to the point where I just couldn't deal any more and I just had to go to bed.  So here's the update:

1.  Edgar Sosa's (former Louisville point guard)  leg is no longer hanging by a thread.  I hope he heals quickly and completely.
2.  Lady three doors down fell asleep with food cooking on the stove.  She's done that several times now, and if she burns my house down, I will punch her in her teeth if she survives the fire.
3.  Operation Fall Weather continues, which makes me happy happy happy.
4.  Writing a strategic plan for one of my classes is giving me nervous tics and bouts of Tourette's.

Good Afternoon, Everybodee!

Why, oh why do I get the phone calls right before lunch from the manager who is the "Energizer Bunny" of conversation?   If only I could strangle the phone handset on my end and have it affect him on the other.
And I find it kind of funny...

so i'm getting e-mail notices that people have accepted my bet on such and such a game.  great, only i didn't bet or even get  to the football picks.    turns out my nephew who is 12 decided to look in on the college games and make the picks and place a few bets.   haven't really studied his picks (i'm afraid to look. he's a hockey fanatic not a football guru)  but i'm sure my q-buck supply will be dwindling at  warp speed.   thanks kid.  ya little bast*rd.  i may have to cross check his young a$$ with the front end of my car.
And I find it kind of funny...

What if your right leg was called your left leg? What if your nose was called your mouth? What if Orange was called Red? What if a truck was called a car? What if a Pen*s was called a Vag*na? What if your head was called your Booty?

Just some things i think about each day.

‎5 RULES TO REMEMBER IN LIFE:
1. Money cannot buy happiness but it’s more comfortable to cry in a Mercedes than on a bicycle.
2. Forgive your enemy but remember the bastard’s name.
3. Help someone when they are in trouble and they will remember you when they're in trouble again.
4. Many people are alive only because it’s illegal to shoot them.
5. Alcohol does not solve any problems, but then neither does milk
