Welcome back. This is the part of the locker room where you can sit and chat and chill for a while without offending or being shushed. Maybe you wanna watch a dvd or listen to your mp3. Yes, I rhymed. Something on your mind, post it! Random question, ask it? Hijacking is allowed and encouraged. Join the party, troll around, have a beer. It's cool. All are welcome, but please leave all BS in the hall.

I watched New Girl last night. It wasn't very good. I only laughed toward the end when the one dude was drunk and kicked over the wedding poster. He was funny from that point on. The slo-mo chicken dance saved it a bit, and I may watch it once more but Deschanel, though cute, is not doing it for me. Also, are all 3 of those boys not gay? Morning.

I saw this first thing this morning and felt I had to share.

Also------I agree with Ashlie about The New Girl. I'll continue to watch because I'm like that, but AWKWARD is better. I can't wait till The Walking Dead is back. I've heard something new is discovered about the zombies. Speaking of zombies-----look at this awesome book one of my students ordered from a book order. I'm a tad jealous. It's pretty awesome.

Hope your day is peachy! Remember.....if it's raining, take an umbrella along.

Fight Club

Sup yo,

We're 2-0 on the hoops season after a thrilling OT win last night.  The opposing team had a 6'8 dude and of course I had to guard him.  Thankfully, he was about as coordinated as Ben Handlogten.

Notre Dame will join the Hockey East conference beginning in 2013-14.  This means Fredo BC will be our natural rival.  I love it.  By the way, the Irish enter the season ranked #1.  Booyakasha!  On top of this exciting news the NHL is a mere days away from kicking off.  Great news, but I'm still disappointed in the NBA.  Wish they could see how it effected hockey's popularity when the NHL took a year off.  Not good.

Check out Tenneessee's Pro Combat unis.  Davy Crockett would be proud.

Buenos Dias, $h*theads!

I'm gonna be as busy as a one legged man in an a$$ kickin contest today, but I'll try to stop in every once in a while to keep you F'ers in line.

Yahoo blows chunks.  Who writes their $h*t anyhow.  Giant headlines say "1 in 3 vets think war in Iraq/Afghanistan was a waste".  That sounds pretty f**ked up, until you rewrite it the other way.  Cactus Jack headlines say "67% of veterans think we are kicking a$$ and taking names".  Its all in how you say it.

There were 4 people arrested yesterday in what is being described as possibly the largest government rip-off scandal....EVER!
These four greedy f**ks have stolen millions and millions of F'n dollars in bribery and kickbacks with the Army Corp of Engineers.  Another shining example of what I been bitchin about....politicians and such are all two dollar gutter sluts!  Sorry mother F'ers.

Anyhow, ESPN sucks.  Amanda Knox is my new secret fapbank material.  And you, my dear friends, have been edJACKated.
You do what you love, and f*** the rest...

Its hump day party people and and tonight:

Alicia Keys- Broken heart
Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart"

Even if you were a million miles away
I could still feel you in my bed
Near me, touch me, feel me
And even at the bottom of the sea
I could still hear inside my head
Tellin' me, touch me, feel me

And all the time you were tellin' me lies

So tonight, I'm gonna find a way to make it without you
Tonight I'm gonna find a way to make it without you
I'm gonna hold on to the times that we had tonight
I'm gonna find a way to make it without you

Have you ever tried sleeping with a broken heart?
Well, you could try sleeping in my bed

Lonely, own me nobody ever shut it down like you
You wore the crown
You made my body feel heaven bound
Why don't you hold me
Need me, I thought you told me
You'd never leave me

Looking in the sky I could see your face
And I know right where I fit in
Take me, make me, you know that I'll always be in love
With you
Right til the end Oh

So tonight, I'm gonna find a way to make it without you
Tonight I'm gonna find a way to make it without you
I'm gonna hold on to the times that we had tonight
I'm gonna find a way to make it without you

Anybody could've told you right from the start
It's bout to fall apart
So rather than hold onto a broken dream
I'll just hold on to love

And I could find a way to make it
Don't hold on too tight
I'll make it without you tonight

So tonight, I'm gonna find a way to make it without you
Tonight I'm gonna find a way to make it without you
I'm gonna hold onto the times we had tonight
I'm gonna find a way to make it without you

seems fitting concerning this bit of info...

I celebrated yesterday being fired.  ie drinks at lunch and late night goodness.  ate too much also.  My new bar has a Guinness Club.  I made it 4% of the way there last night.  If I had a full time job, i'd be in by Christmas (because I'm a slacker).  They had trivia last night also, which I was going to do.  But I got invited to play with this other couple at the bar.  One of the questions was "Name the moon of Mars that orbits Mars twice in 24 hours"  I'm sitting there going through Roman names in my head and wondering if Mars has 2 or 3 moons.  The couple says "Mars has 13 moons".  I'm like "Seriously?" because honestly science isn't my strong suit.  So I say name one, I don't care, just put something down.  Neither one of them could name a moon.  Are ******* kidding me?  You know Mars has 13 moons but you can't name one.  Dumba**es.

We finished 4th out of 9, and honestly I did at least 0% of the work.

Ladies and Gentlemen, The Who:

We'll be fighting in the streets
With our children at our feet
And the morals that they worship will be gone
And the men who spurred us on
Sit in judgment of all wrong
They decide and the shotgun sings the song

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around me
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
And I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
Don't get fooled again

Change it had to come
We knew it all along
We were liberated from the fall that's all
But the world looks just the same
And history ain't changed
'Cause the banners, they all flown in the last war

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around me
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
And I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
Don't get fooled again
No, no!

I'll move myself and my family aside
If we happen to be left half alive
I'll get all my papers and smile at the sky
For I know that the hypnotized never lie

Do ya?

There's nothing in the street
Looks any different to me
And the slogans are replaced, by-the-bye
And the parting on the left
Is now the parting on the right
And the beards have all grown longer overnight

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around me
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
Don't get fooled again
No, no!

Morning Q'rs
I am filled with so much loathing right now. I hate the way it makes me feel, how I react to situations, interact with others (like replying to someones post...sorry Dave), most importantly how it affects my boys..I don't hate men or even THAT man, i just think there comes a time when you should "get over it" and "move on"... it get's old after awhile.I need to get back on kilter, my whole aura is off and it suxs...on the bright side school is great, I'm learning stuff ! Posted this one before buut its been awhile:
Hush now don't you cry
Wipe away the teardrop from your eye
You're lying safe in bed
It was all a bad dream
Spinning in your head
Your mind tricked you to feel the pain
Of someone close to you leaving the game
Of life
So here it is, another chance
Wide awake, you face the day
Your dream is over...
Or has it just begun?
There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run through in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize
And you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind
Commanding in another world
Suddenly, you'll hear and see
This magic new dimension
I Will be watching over you
I'm  gonna help you see it through
I Will protect you in the night
I am smiling next to you
In silent lucidity...

Hope all is great where you are

PEACE

Good day, bitches.

I missed all my shows last night, and FOX is a giant bag of d**ks when it comes to watching them online.  Ugh.
The Occupy Wall Street folks are making me so happy.  Not because of the protest, I think that's practically a waste until they get their s**t together and figure out WHY they're protesting, exactly.  But it's providing a LOT of amusement.  I watched this and had a wide range of emotions.  Mostly a mixture of  and .  Probably NSFW.

Apparently they're airlifting emergency condom supplies to Thailand's flood victims.  No, I typed that right.  Not food.  Not medical supplies.  Condoms.  So, um, what exactly did they get flooded with?

Other than that, I had a night full of PS3ing with a few friends, which included making up childish, dirty "gamer handles" for each other.  Let's see how many inappropriate terms/dirty euphemisms I can use in one post to enlighten you all:

Mine:  Thunderc**t
Eddie:  Chocolate Starfish
Travis:  Leather Cheerio
Lenny:  Flapping L**ia  (that might not need to be asterisk'd, but better safe than sorry)

Hola Q'lets
I haven't posted here in awhile, anything other than responses or article plugs. I don't know why - I guess I've been busy.

We're coming up for transfer in June and we have to have our "Dream Sheet" in this month. The "Dream Sheet" is simply a list of the places coming open during transfer season to where you'd like to be considered for transfer (and in my husband's case, not always necessarily where we want to go, but which places might be best for his career advancement). They call it a "Dream Sheet" because the chances are slim to none that you'll actually get any of your picks - and you're damn sure not going to get any of your top 20. So, we went through and looked at all the picks the other night and decided on a list, and now I've been tasked with prioritizing it. *sigh*. I'll tell you what...all of the midwest and bible belt picks are going at the TOP. Why? Because Key West was our 67th pick last time, and I really really really don't want to go to any of those places...nothing against the people there, it's just not somewhere I want to live 6 months out of the year by myself, and I need the ocean. So I'll put the places I really want to go at the bottom (more FL, SC, NC, VA, CA, WA, etc.). I'll keep you posted on whether this bites me in the ass or not. This whole process is stressing me the eff out.

I had a song a minute ago but I forgot. I might be back.

I'd be neurotic and overthink it even more.  I'd scatter my top picks, a few at the top, a few at the bottom, and a few in the middle.
I'd probably even put one of them in the 67th slot, just because I'm superstitious AND crazy, and I'd think that somehow the military would have some conspiracy going where they'd always pick the 67th one.  Why?  I don't know.  But I'm sure it has something to do with terrorists.

HAt! Oh there's definitely neurosis involved...you definitely covered most of it. Some of my "eh, maybe" picks will find their way in there too somewhere - and this is why this process is killin me. BTW, Bayonne, NJ takes up 3 of our picks. We might have to hit up a few drag shows if I end up that way (I'd meet you and your bois there with Divine Grace to help curb the Stranger Danger scariness).

Survivor Night,  yeah, my guilty pleasure.    A few yummy guys on this season.

Going to the beach with my friend to drink some beers.   She got foreclosure papers yesterday and needs some cheering up,
Her interest only loan was bought and sold three times.   Her payment went from $1250.00 to $3700.00.

Green Day - 21st Century Breakdown

Born into Nixon I was raised in hell
A welfare child where the teamsters dwelled
The last one born, and the first one to run
My town was blind from refinery sun

My generation is zero
I never made it as a working class hero

21st century breakdown
I once was lost but never was found
I think I am losing what's left of my mind
To the 20th century deadline

I was made of poison and blood
Condemnation is what I understood
Video games to the tower's fall
Homeland security could kill us all

My generation is zero
I never made it as a working class hero

21st century breakdown
I once was lost but never was found
I think I am losing what's left of my mind
To the 20th century deadline

We are the class of, the class of 13
Born in the era of humility
We are the desperate in the decline
Raised by the bastards of 1969

My name is no one
The long lost son
Born on the 4th of July

Raised in the era of heroes and cons
That left me for dead or alive

I am a nation
A worker of pride
My debt to the status quo

I swallowed my pride
And I choked on my faith
I've given my heart and my soul
I've broken my fingers
And lied through my teeth
The pillar of damage control

I've been to the edge
And I've thrown the bouquet
Of flowers left over from the grave
I sat in the waiting room
Wasting my time
And waiting for Judgment Day

I praise liberty
The "freedom to obey"
Is the song that strangles me
Well don't cross the line

Oh dream, America, dream
I can't even sleep
From the light's early dawn

Oh scream, America, scream
Believe what you see
From heroes and cons

Hola gente!

First off....Vicodin is amazing! It took away my pain and I slept thru the night. On a bad note, I had a hard time waking up this morning!

Weather is cloudy, and around 54 degrees. Which means I got to wear my boots today!! And of course a sweater. Another reason I couldn't wake up damn clouds.

Here is my song for today...

"Lighters"
(feat. Bruno Mars)

[Bruno Mars:]
This one's for you and me, living out our dreams
We're all right where we should be
With my arms out wide I open my eyes
And now all I wanna see
Is a sky full of lighters
A sky full of lighters

[Eminem:]
By the time you hear this I will have already spiralled up
I would never do nothing to let you cowards f*** my world up
If I was you, I would duck, or get struck like lightening,
Fighters keep fighting, put your lighters up, point em' skyward uh
Had a dream I was king, I woke up, still king...
This rap game's nipple is mine for the milking,
Till nobody else even f***ing feels me, till' it kills me
I swear to god I'll be the f***ing illest in this music
There is or there ever will be, disagree?
Feel free, but from now on I'm refusing to ever give up
The only thing I ever gave up's using no more excuses
Excuse me if my head is too big for this building
And pardon me if I'm a cocky prick but you c**ks are slick
Poppin s**t on how you flipped ya life around, crock-o-s**t
Who you d**ks try to kid, flipped d**k, you did the opposite
You stayed the same, cause c**k backwards is still c**k you pr***s
I love it when I tell em shove it
Cause it wasn't that long ago when Marshall sat, flustered, lack lustered
Cause he couldn't cut mustard, muster up nothing
Brain fuzzy, cause he's buzzin', woke up from that buzz
Now you wonder why he does it, how he does it
Wasn't cause he had buzzards circlin' around his head
Waiting for him to drop dead, was it?
Or was it, cause them b***hes wrote him off
Little hussy ass, scuzzes, f*** it, guess it doesn't matter now, does it
What difference it make?
What it take to get it through your thick skulls
That this ain't some bulls**t
People don't usually come back this way
From a place that was dark as I was in
Just to get to this place
Now let these words be like a switch blade to a haters rib cage
And let it be known from this day forward
I wanna just say thanks cause your hate is what gave me the strength
So let em bic's raise cause I came with 5'9′ but I feel like I'm 6'8″

[Bruno Mars:]
This one's for you and me, living out our dreams
We're all right where we should be
With my arms out wide I open my eyes
And now all I wanna see
Is a sky full of lighters
A sky full of lighters

[Royce Da 5'9":]
By the time you hear this I'll probably already be outtie
I advance like going from toting iron to going and buying 4 or 5 of the homies the iron man Audi
My daddy told me slow down, boy, you goin to blow it
And I ain't gotta stop the beat a minute
To tell Shady I love him the same way that he did Dr Dre on the Chronic
Tell him how real he is or how high I am
Or how I would kill for him for him to know it
I cried plenty tears, my daddy got a bad back
So it's only right that I write till he can march right into that post office and tell em to hang it up
Now his career's Lebron's jersey in 20 years
I'll stop when I'm at the very top
You s**tted on me on your way up
It's 'bout to be a scary drop
Cause what goes up must come down
You going down on something you don't wanna see like a hairy box
Every hour, happy hour now
Life is wacky now
Used to have to eat the cat to get the p***y
Now I'm just the cats meooww, ow
Classic cow, always down for the catch weight like Pacquiao
Ya'll are doomed
I remember when T-Pain ain't wanna work with me
My car starts itself, parks itself and autotunes
Cause now I'm in the Aston
I went from having my city locked up
To getting treated like Kwame Kilpatrick
And now I'm fantastic
Compared to a w**d high
And y'all n***as just gossipin' like bitches on a radio and TV
See me, we fly
Y'all buggin out like Wendy Williams staring at a bee-hive
And how real is that
I remember signing my first deal and now I'm the second best I can deal with that
Now Bruno can show his ass, without the MTV awards gag

[Bruno Mars:]
You and I know what it's like to be kicked down
Forced to fight
But tonight we're alright
So hold up your light
Let it shine
Cause this one's for you and me, living out our dreams
We're all right where we should be
With my arms out wide I open my eyes
And now all I wanna see
Is a sky full of lighters
A sky full of lighters
You do what you love, and f*** the rest...

Loving this song and I don't even know the words yet. Google it, listen, enjoy.

"Late Nights And Early Mornings"

Hop up out the bed
Take a shower then get dressed
Gotta go to work but I wanna lay with you instead, baby
Softly kiss you there, make you say Ooooh yeeeaahhh
I’ll be coming back to you boy you just tell me when, ooh baby

[Chorus:]
Gonna be a late night, early morning when I get you home
Gonna give you good love, give you what you want and
Gonna do it all night long
Baby, let me do you all night long
Let me do it all night long

[Verse 2:]
The day is almost through
All that I can think about is you
The hair I done sweated out
Scream your name, let it out
You are everything but the truth
Shivers down my spine when I think about the freaky things I got in mind
So I’ll be on my way to give it to you baby
Let me take my time

[Chorus:]
It’s gonna be a late night til the early morning when I come on home
It’s gonna be that good love, give you what you want and
I’m gonna do it all night long
Wanna do it all night long
We can do it all night long
Baby, Let me do you all night long [x5]
Good love, give you what you want and we can do it all night long
Let me do it all night long

It will probably come back to bite you in the ass, I tried that after the first couple of PCS's and got one of my top two picks, yeaaaa Turkey.

You might look at places that need or will need his rank. Manning the most mission essential place comes first and so on, i.e if BFE Texas is considered more mission essential than say SC, then they will try to make sure those slots in TX are filled before they move on to the next  one. Of course if he gets promoted before then, then your Dream Sheet is shot all to hell and there is no telling where you could end up.

The Dream Sheet is just to make you feel like you have a say in where you go, but you know the mision comes first and where ever they need him the most is where you get to go, so quit stressing and roll with it.

That's exactly what's going on here - he's taking his service-wide in November and will rank up within the next few months anyway, so we had to put picks for both ranks on the list. It's a ridiculously long list, and I figure worst-case-scenario is we'll get an MK2 billet that we HATE and only have to be there a year anyway. None of the MK1 billets look bad at all, so I'm ok with that part of the list. I'm not sure if the Coast Guard works it differently than other branches (I'm thinking it does, somewhat).

Tomorrow, going to the Mall of America theaters ($6 before 5pm) and seeing 50/50 at 2:45pm then Drive at 4:50pm. So I'm preparing for 4 hours of mindspolsion.

If they had a 24/7 Cosby Show channel, I'd probably watch at least 12 hours daily. I'd go Cosby Show over most sporting events. Denise just got the okay to go to Africa, so good for her.

I have 9 shows to watch on the DVR from this and last week, and whenever my roommate is around we can finally watch the last two episodes of Wilfred that's a month old now.

I went to bar trivia last night, and it turned out the people who host it never showed up...so it ended up being a lot of pitchers of beer, MLB on the tv, and then a rousing game of Big Buck Hunter. straight face Oh well, it was a Tuesday, I can't complain that much.

Needing food, be back later.

Call me crazy but I'm purdy sure the Constitution and the Declaration of Independance cover number eight. Anyway....read and enjoy a good laugh. The following is the list of demands the OWS dierks  have put out:

From the Occupy Wall Street website, via Picket and Loesch:

Demand one: Restoration of the living wage. This demand can only be met by ending “Freetrade” by re-imposing trade tariffs on all imported goods entering the American market to level the playing field for domestic family farming and domestic manufacturing as most nations that are dumping cheap products onto the American market have radical wage and environmental regulation advantages. Another policy that must be instituted is raise the minimum wage to twenty dollars an hr.

Demand two: Institute a universal single payer healthcare system. To do this all private insurers must be banned from the healthcare market as their only effect on the health of patients is to take money away from doctors, nurses and hospitals preventing them from doing their jobs and hand that money to wall st. investors.

Demand three: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.

Demand four: Free college education.

Demand five: Begin a fast track process to bring the fossil fuel economy to an end while at the same bringing the alternative energy economy up to energy demand.

Demand six:
One trillion dollars in infrastructure (Water, Sewer, Rail, Roads and Bridges and Electrical Grid) spending now.

Demand seven: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America’s nuclear power plants.

Demand eight: Racial and gender equal rights amendment.

Demand nine: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live.

Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system.

Demand eleven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all. Debt forgiveness of sovereign debt, commercial loans, home mortgages, home equity loans, credit card debt, student loans and personal loans now! All debt must be stricken from the “Books.” World Bank Loans to all Nations, Bank to Bank Debt and all Bonds and Margin Call Debt in the stock market including all Derivatives or Credit Default Swaps, all 65 trillion dollars of them must also be stricken from the “Books.” And I don’t mean debt that is in default, I mean all debt on the entire planet period.

Demand twelve: Outlaw all credit reporting agencies.

Demand thirteen: Allow all workers to sign a ballot at any time during a union organizing campaign or at any time that represents their yeah or nay to having a union represent them in collective bargaining or to form a union.

These demands will create so many jobs it will be completely impossible to fill them without an open borders policy.

After the first three or four you realize these people have no F'n clue. It sounds more like my 8 year olds list of what I would do if I were president of the world. They have no real world experience, probably never held a job or worked their way up to a better job. They probably haven't had to decide who gets paid and who will have to wait until next payday or put anyone before themselves, work all day and then have to come home and take care of the responsibilities there as well.

If you go to the website you can find a list of things they will need as the chilly winter months arrive. Also if your so inclined to do so....anyone in the area can go by and pick up bag of dirty clothes and wash it for them and bring it back since there are no laudromats in the area. You know they are so busy and all they can't designate someone there to do that, that would fall under the four letter word  WORK Where the hell is that Tide truck when you need it?.

Well the whole WVU going to the SEC announcement today hasn't happened(probably not going to either). Now word is it all is depending on Missouri's decision on leaving the Big 12 or staying. If Missouri leaves now speculation is WVU is going to be the 8th member of the Big 12. If they stay WVU will become the 14 member of the SEC. Something better happen quick. Is there a "no NCAAFB left behind organization? All of this speculation is stupid, I'm over it till it happens.

Vick said in a interview, "The dream is over". Really, it took him this long to figure this out?

The assistant manager came back to work today (she was away on training) and insisted we do an incident report.  She back dated it to Monday and included a note stating that the Incident Book had been in storage due to the renovations, but the incident HAD been reported.  If I am not significantly improved by the time I return to work Friday (Thursday is day off) then she is going to file the document with our head office and I'll go to the doctor.  NONE of what she did was wrong, as the book was locked away. The Manager has also been made aware and supported her decision.

Today, however, was kind of hell.  I'm just glad I have tomorrow off.

Actually that is the list of demands that FOX news put out.   Sigh. Sad, that this response it even necessary.

Wake up people,   the media controls everything you Google.     Just for the fun of it, Pick a topic, Google it, have a friend
Google the same topic, and I guarantee you will have different search results.

I've seen all sorts of things said and done with this pic but someone shared this with me on FB just now and I had to relay. It made me giggle.
