There are stronger teams and there are teams that are getting a lot more love!  However, these are three teams that are coming on very strong late in the season; not many would want to play any of them right now...ask Ohio St.!!!  All three will end up in good bowl games, Clemson has even has a shot at a BCS game if they beat Boston College this weekend and win the ACC Championship(I know "IF.")  Illinois has more wins THIS year than they have had in the past four years combined---Zook has them recruited and COACHED up quite well.  I don't know a lot about Virginia but every time I look they seem to be winning---Clemson could face them or Va. Tech. in the ACC Championship...could!!!

This is a great time of year---NCAA Football & Basketball and NBA is fired up and NASCAR if finishing up===it's great to be alive!!!!

#4 - notre dame...

but let me add this...call me a traditionalist, but i didnt like this year.  sure i like to see new teams break into the bcs and whatnot, but i prefer to have my teams where they belong...teams that need to be in the top 10 include - UM, OSU, Texas, Oklahoma, USC, Florida, LSU and maybe a few others.  these are the schools who i like to see duking it out.  i dont even like these schools, but i like to see the powerhouses that are actually powerhouses.  Really, do we wanna see illinois, USF, Hawaii, Arizona State and Boise (and I would say oregon but they typically good and are very good this year) dominating the top 10?  I know, the easy answer is - the other teams need to win...i get that.  im hoping that next year there is some amount of normalcy because this year has been insane for upsets.  to my point, would you rather see a UM v OSU game with both teams undefeated?  or with both teams carryiing 3 - 4 losses ( i know OSU has only lost one).

I can see y someone would make #1 LSU...they look so good on paper...so dominant.  Except they're not.  They lost to a team that's proven to be mediocre, and so many of the games that count r so close.  Oregon has been more impressive to me.  And how can Oklahoma be ahead of Kansas, if they're not even ahead of them in their conference?  And Clemson is proving to be a quality team.  I don't know if they're top ten material (which is reasonable), but I know they belong in front of Florida!

I threw the three Big XII teams up to the top.  If Kansas beats Mizzou and OU they HAVE to play in the BCS title game.  If Mizzou beats Kansas and OU the HAVE to play in the BCS title game.  If OU wins the Big XII I think they would need Oregon or LSU to falter.  But for KU and Mizzou if you beat two BCS top 10 teams (and in KUs case be undefeated) it should warrant them leaping over Oregon or LSU.  It'll be interesting.

Well.....I guess with the Oregon loss I'm going with the Big XII champ has to play in the BCS title game.  No questions asked.

I don't think that WVU and Mizzou are viable options anymore, since they're in line for the NC game...

There are at least 50 teams in D-1A who would drop 55 on Richmond without a problem.

Going back to Chatty. Man it feels as good as the first time. Thnx for the reply. BTW you're right about the sales. Our bookstore sent out over 20,000 pieces of apparel to the state of Ohio alone.

Missouri got the shaft. Kansas should be off playing in the Humanitarian Bowl or something. The biggest sham of them all is Hawaii not playing for the title. I don't care who they played, they are the only undefeated team.
