Welcome back. This is the part of the locker room where you can sit and chat and chill for a while without offending or being shushed. Maybe you wanna watch a dvd or listen to your mp3. Yes, I rhymed. Something on your mind, post it! Random question, ask it? Hijacking is allowed and encouraged. Join the party, troll around, have a beer. It's cool. All are welcome, but please leave all BS in the hall.

Hello. I haven't slept. Ugh.
PAINTER!!
Anyway, my team played like crap but won thanks to Detroit's horrible penalties. If no one else tells you today, I appreciate you, Lions. Lions fans... (sans Woody)..ehh...not so much.
Grimm premieres Friday and I'm interested. Being that they put it in a destined to fail timeslot, it will probably be their best new series. Ugh.

I think I was the only one who hadn't seen The Walking Dead premiere, so ***Spoiler Alert**** ahead.
Ending...Rude but whoa.Filter Error 10/24 Photo After watching, I am NO Sheriff Rick...at all. I don't have the patience or temperment to lead idiots. I was leaning more toward Andrea but she's suicidal and that's a no go. I'm not any of them. I'd probably be the one locked in the car every episode waiting on y'all to return, not cause I'm scared but because I'd end up shooting someone for being stupid. Anyway, I'm sick of the other cop and Rick's wife. Get over it. Now, about the girl.... it really does depend on my mood but I doubt I'm searching for more than 15 minutes for a stranger's kid, especially if the child put herself in that situation. No one told her dumb *ss to move. I also doubt that ANYONE would have been able to stop me from immediately going to get my own child. What mom does that? Stupid. They all can die, except Rick, the asian, and dirty Norman Reedus. Ok. Remember to eat.

First and foremost, congrats to USC and their fans.  You were the better team Saturday night and as someone who talked a lot of trash last week, I'll take my crow well done with a side of horseradish.

- Da Bears head into the bye week with a 4-3 record.  We won't win the division, but a wild card is a very real possibility.  Gameball goes to Matt "That's My" Forte for another dominating performance.  Pay the man, McCheapsky's.

This dude cracks me up.....

- Arian Foster.  53 points in fantasy yesterday.  Well done, AF.  Starting to look the #1 pick.

- Texas Tech.  "Big Game" Bob loses another game he had no business losing.  Will OSU rep the Big XII in the BCS?  Me thinks so.

- Cubs finally got their man.  In Theo we trust.  Fix the farm system, get rid of Big Z, and start shedding contracts.  Wait till.....5 years from now.  Cubbies, baby!

- Waffle House brawl in Tuscaloosa, Al.  Lulz!

- Thank You Atlanta Falcons for assisting the masses in bringing Lion fans back to reality.  They're 5-2 and are MUCH improved, but can we stop the Super Bowl talk already.  Aye yay yay!

Gotta love this random Tony Romo fan in London.

They're the world's most fearsome fighting team...

 I say 3 years.

it's monday, so how about a little john.

A little ditty, 'bout Jack & Diane -
Two american kids growin' up in the heart land.
Jacky gonna be a football star
Diane's debutante in back seat of Jacky's car.

Suckin' on chili dog, outside the taste freeze
Diane sitting on Jacky's lap got his hands between her knees
Jacky say "Hey, Diane, let's run off behind the shady trees
Dribble off those bobby brooks let me do what I please" saying:

Oh yeah, life goes on
Long after the thrill of living is gone, sayin'
Oh yeah, life goes on
Long after the thrill of living is gone
They walk on

Jacky sits back collects his thoughts for the moment
Scratches his head and does his best James Dean
Well man there and Diane, we ought to run off to the city

Diane says, "Baby you ain't missing a thing"
but Jacky says:

Oh yeah, life goes on
Long after the thrill of living is gone
Oh yeah - they says - life goes on
Long after the thrill of living is gone

So let it rock, let it roll
Let the bible belt, come and save my soul
Holdin' on to sixteen as long as you can
Change is coming round real soon make us woman and men

Oh yeah, life goes on
Long after the thrill of living is gone
Oh yeah - they says - life goes on
Long after the thrill of living is gone

A little ditty, 'bout Jack and Diane -
Two american kids doin', best they can

Morning!

It was a great weekend---------Safe Sex is best! Fight On! Do do do doooo! The Kings and Dallas played one of the best games I've ever seen------Kings won 1-0 on a floater from Jack Jackson. Both teams gave it their all............especially Matt Greene with THIS beautiful check. Oh.....by the way, Mr. Jonathan Quick has gone 188 minutes without allowing a goal, breaking a Kings netminding record held by "should be in the HOF" Rogie Vachon. Have I mentioned lately how much I love Simon Gagne and Mike Richards? And lastly, the Rams continue to stay in the running for the number 1 pick (which hopefully they can use as trade bait).

Oh.....and I went to Halloween Party number one on Saturday-----the family one. These are the types of pics they had me taking all day. I felt so used. I'm pretty sure they have plans of making their own book and I better get something out of it.

Oh.....and Ashlie, my fav character so far is Norman too. The second episode was great-----------gave a little insight to a couple of characters history pre-zombie invasion...........plus dude from Poltergeist (the owner dude that built all the houses on top of the pissed off dead) is in it. By the way, I love Dead Talk--------gives me a nerdy bliss smile afterwards.

Have a great day! Remember---Trojans are best!

Leigh, I luv ya but I have to ask you not to ravage uh date Arian till after the Super Bowl. Plus you didn't say nothing bout the hot air balloons...but anyway
Whatup?
All things considered I had a really good weekend. I did make a retaliatory strike against all things "mosquito" on Saturday. My wife said I looked like Stalone in Rambo before I went out (insert montage here). JR lost his game. I think I took it worst than he did so I'm okay now.
Texans won big yesterday. Good news but two questions are bugging me right now. Can you maintain your focus and keep it going against Jacksonville? And...Where the hell have y'all been the past two weeks? Texas Tech beat (the s#!t outta) Oklahoma Saturday. A little "Lone Star Karma" huh? Oh yeah.

Good morning peoples..
CBS was kind enough to televise the Florida 5A high school football championship game yesterday.  Those kids had some sweet unis and that kicker at the end hammered that ball, I bet we'll see him at a school like UCF..

The World Series has actually been really f***ing good.  I have no rooting interest, but I am a fan of Albert Pujols, and now Derek Holland's mustache.  The 4 games so far already make up for the garbage that was the LCS's..

Let's Go Avs!

Beautiful Boy was a good flick.. I'm a fan of Michael Sheen (Of the English Sheen's, not the mexican-american burnouts)

As far as Walking Dead goes, I'd be fine if both kids, angry black guy and Andrea are all killed in some fantastic way

So how about those Colts I didn't even watch the game, the World Series and Zombies and hockey were on, but if this doesn't solidify Peyton Manning's place in history I don't know what will.. The Lions finally hit some adversity, but get a gift next week with the Broncos.

You know why I like Rogs am retiring from fantasy football? Vincent Jackson and Demarco Murray.. That and I have other interests lately, and just don't give a sh** about my fantasy teams

I'm only in the mood for part of a song today
she just started to pop it for a ni**a and looked back and told me baby it's real

I've had a serious case of the giggles all day today, and it's being set off randomly by the dumbest s**t.  Which, normally, is ok.  I'm an idiot, so laughing at practically nothing is not unusual.
However, it's a problem when you do it while talking to clients.

Yeah, at least I eat my crow.  Where were you after Sparty spanked your wolverines?

The Lions may make the playoffs, but they aren't going to the Super Bowl.  Reading comprehension doesn't appear to be one of your strong suits.  Better work on that before enrolling at Michigan.

Finally, LOL at "Tampa should quit playing over there in London....they're 0-2 and Josh Freeman looked awful yesterday."

- First of all, both teams had to deal with jet lag, getting acclimated to the time change, etc.  Guess what?  TB was over there longer so it should have benefited them more, no?  Secondly, it's safe to say the Bears defense contributed to Freeman's poor display of quarterback play yesterday.  That excuse reeks of butthurt.

In short,

Sup Qholes?

1. I'm fully convinced the BCS is ran by a bunch of Bi polar nut jobs. I've said all year the WVU is the most overrated team in the top 25. After losing to Syracuse (yes f**king Syracuse) I figured those a**holes would come to their senses and drop them out of it. But no, somehow WVU stays in the top 25 (at 25 from 15), it was Syracuse you idiots, WVU does not belong in the top 25, figure it out! I'm convinced these people know not one damn thing about football.

2. YAY Rangers!!

3. Evidently Falcons players feelings are hurt by comments made by Ndamukong Suh after Matt Ryan was injured. Really? It's football you pansies, if words hurt you it's time to find a new profession.

4. New Orleans Saints score 62 on the Luck Lottery leader Colts, GO PAINTER!!  A total that hasn't been exceeded by any NFL team in the past 55 seasons, and is the most in the regular season in 26 years.

• Most points in a game in Saints history (previous: 51, three times)

• Biggest margin of victory in Saints history (previous: 42, over Denver in 1988)

• Only eight teams have scored more points in a single NFL game and none since 1966.

• Of the 22, 60-point games in NFL history, only four have taken place in the last 30 years.

• It was just the second time since 1989 that an NFL team won a game by more than 50 points. (New England 59, Tennessee 0; 2009)

Time to tank the season Colts. Trade Peyton before his stock drops any further, GO PAINTER!!

5. The Mile High Messiah managed to be completely useless for 55 minutes yesterday. Then the waters parted the Red Sea opened up and Tebow figured out how to move the ball on a horrible defense. All Hail Tebow....

and another thing. he is what he is and everything and the media is just blowing the s**t out of him, like they did with favre. i get that. i can really do without him reciting spotrts cliches to swoony music all over my espn. watching the replays though, it seems like another team effort at sucking for the broncos. i think he did a pretty great job under pressure even if it was against the dolphins (love you, laurel)

Did anyone notice Manning's posture during the 1000 shots of him last night? His neck/back/spine is causing him to constantly slouch kinda forward, not a good sign btw been there. I think this injury is a whole lot more serious than anybody in Indy is willing to admit. I'm not so sure he's ever going to be the same guy again, but even then 80-85% of Manning is still better than most other QB's anyway. Plus he's going to be a GREAT coach one day. Maybe sooner than later. (He was basically the QB coach last night. Who was going over pics with QB's? Coordinator? Some other assistant?)

There is also a Manning and a Brady fan there too.  That guy in front looks like he's wearing a Ravens LB jersey.  Maybe Ray Lewis?

In short,

So it seems the national media (racing knowledge: somewhere around zero) have begun to finger point the blame for Dan Wheldon's death on IndyCar CEO Randy Bernard. *Insert 10 minute rant of how absurd that is*

Saw Lewis Black last night. Very funny as usual. He's actually from this town, so the first five minutes or so were him ranting about when he grew up, there was nothing, and now there's stuff everywhere. He also rightfully pointed that laughter isn't the best medicine, medicine is. Also, as he pointed out, you can escape for a while and have a good time, but when it's over, life is still s***.

Sports-wise, my football and hockey teams are a combined 14-0. There is no way for me to elaborate on that without sounding like a douche.

Update on Anthony Conner, Louisville CB who broke his neck during Friday night's game against Rutgers:  He went into surgery this morning, I assume it was to fuse his neck back together.  He did not suffer any paralysis, and the doctors said that they expect him to walk out of the hospital of his own accord in just a couple of days.  He will not be playing any more football, obviously.  Coach Strong spent most of the day at the hospital with Anthony.  I am also impressed that the first two voices he heard were Coach's and Vance Bedford's (Louisville Def. Coordinator) when he regained consciousness.  So luckily, the kid's gonna be ok.  The team has taken this injury really hard.

LOL @ the Lions making the Super Bowl.  Like I said, they are much improved, but they have holes that will prevent them from going that far.  I think you're forgetting the Lions only have one playoff win since the 50's.  Baby steps, woman, baby steps.

Josh Freeman looked awful, but I highly doubt you even watched the game.  If you did, you would know he was pressured on nearly half of his throws.  Bottom line - the Bears defense showed up and played well.  Nice try trying to play armchair QB, though.

Last but not least - ***couldn't give a sh** less" is what you were looking for there.

Class dismissed.
