 I love mine with super thin cut salami, spinach, green peppers, roasted red peppers, onions, banana peppers, artichoke hearts, and fresh tomatoes on top after it comes out of the oven.

I don't have one way of ordering my pizza.  I love sausage (crumbled and/or sliced), pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, sometimes meatball (depending on the place), buffalo chicken pizza, sometimes mexican pizza, or white pizza with broccoli.  
Oh god, I can't.  I'm so hungry right now.

Place called Tre Colori back home. The best way to describe montreal pizza ia like a cross between Napolitan (crust/sauce) & Deep Dish (toppings under cheese) Double every kind of dead animal imaginable. This is a little over the top in terms of description and she ordered the worst pizza on the menu, but there are pics.

I like cheese pizza, or mushrooms and cheese, or a Veggie. Once in a while I order a Hawaiian Pizza.

Any type as long I don't have to cook. I'm not picky, but I put a lot of Worcesterhire or soy sauce on every slice.

There's a place in Kalamazoo, MI named Bilbo's (yes, after Bilbo Baggins).  The too have the bomb a*s pizza and their cheesy stix with dill dip will make you say HOT DAMN!

Do it. Maybe you'll get surprised about the flavor, any sauce with smoked oysters works good too :)

extra cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives and onions.  i usually take it in mass quantities
hopefully when i go for a check up at the doctor today my cholesterol and glucose numbers will be lower than 1,000.

When the driver isn't looking, usually on his first delivery.  (You get a better selection, and he sometimes still has the sides and drinks as well.)

I usually just order a sausage and bell pepper, but can survive on pepperoni, or just cheese.

On one of our fireworks shoots, the band director's husband had ordered a barbecue pizza, which was very tasty.

I'm Mexican, I put hot sauce almost on every meal  Whenever you get a pizza it's accompanied with small containers of hot sauce, you ask it or not, hot sauce is a must
