My ramen noodle tuna casserole in a bowl is excellent.

I don't know which is best.. I get requests for fried chicken (or pork) and mac and cheese a lot, so that I guess. Oh, and I used to get asked to make chicken philly's or phillies...idk...a lot.
#5 | 887 days ago

I'm pretty good on the grill... ribs, chicken, whole chicken/turkey, mac & cheese, pizza, plank trout.... but my absolute best is Ribeye's with a baked sweet potato and corn-on-the-cob.  Or at least thats my fave..

In family gatherings and occasional event's that I cater there is a huge demand for my Baked Ziti, people seem to love my homemade sauce. However, my personal favorite is homemade biscuits smothered with homemade country gravy. It's a southern thang.. wink

I prefer the red myself Kat, boys love the green, I think because it's milder.

If desserts count, then my cookies.  I make some mean baked goods.
If not, then baked ziti with homemade sauce (NOT gravy, ugh).
#27 | 887 days ago

Broiled lemon pepper chicken- only 40 minutes max depending the size of the pieces
#28 | 887 days ago

I usually do the grill and smoker cooking well, and can work my way around the kitchen. Mostly steaks, ribs, chicken, fish, and shrimp on the grill. The kitchen, it is quiche, lasagne, spagetti, fish, shrimp, roast, and whatever. WIth all the recipes on the Internet, available funds, and my eyeglasses I can pull off a lot of stuff. I admit I would like to try to capture one of Lobot's T-rexes, shove it in my smoker, and give that a try one day.

I make the red ones with flour tortillas instead of corn. I think that's why I like them more. The green ones I make are usually spicier! smiley

Ha to the flour tortillas, thats the biggest debate at my house. Boys love them and I am partial to white corn tortillas. Do you make your own sauce or buy basics and add?

No, there was a bit of a debate going on whether it's called "sauce" or "gravy".

Kraft Dinner topped with shredded chedder(about a pound) pop it in the oven untill the smoke alarm goes off, cause the timer doesn`t work on the stove, then top it with whatever leftover gravy is in the fridge. mmmmmm :)
