Guessed on 1 & 5

Got 4/5  -

I loved the old SNL shows!!

Yeeeeees, MRS LOOPNER!                                              TOOODDDD!!   NOOOOOGIE!!!

CHEESEBURGER, CHEESEBURGER, CHEESBURGER!  NO PEPSI, COKEI!

This skit was actually taken from a joint here in Chicago called the BILLY GOAT TAVERN!  The set on SNL was identical to the restaurant as well!

How about JOHN BELUSHI!   My fave skits by him were SAMURI DELICATESSEN & his JOE COCKER impersonation!  (hahaha)

The old shows were classic....here are a few of my favorite skits...

1. Belushi-"Samurai Night Fever"...OJ Simpson plays the role of Tony and he decides he's not going to be black anymore...goes to the club and people keep coming up to him saying "Tony, you look different"...he answers "I'm not black anymore"

2.  Belushi-Samurai Baker-Buck Henry tells him he's a "Master Baker"...wait..what?

3. The Bad News Bees skit, with Walter Matthau...group of bees in a dorm room before their game the next day when one of the bees finds Belushi and says "Johnny's buzzing off!" ...answer..."I was not"...."Oh yeah...how come there's honey on your sheets?"...

4. Steve Martin's "Theodoric of York skits....with the Vandals...

5. Martin and Akroyd's "Wild and crazy guys!!"

I could go on and on.....thanks for the memories.....

I can only take that as a compliment.  I've seen his club act too.  He's hilarious.

They've had some good anchors but none have come as close to hilarity as when Norm hit one out of the park.
