I've missed you. I've been a little bit busy lately because the day has finally come. They called me from the job I had applied and I started yesterday. I'm exhausted! It's been a while since I worked more than 4 hours in a row. sadThe only problem is it's in the afternoons, so I'll be out a lot of time. Good thing is the benefits, better paid, no more lesson plans and working after school. Bad thing is I'm going to miss my babies! crying I kept just a couple of classes on my days off, but yesterday my new co-worker told me maybe I ha ve  to work those days sometimes, depending on the load of work. Maybe I'll have to let go those classes too. Tomorrow I start a new module with my students, I'll have to make a decision depending on how things go. I'm worried about that.
Another good thing about my new job, is just me and other guy in the office. So less people to deal with and he's nice, I met some people from the morning shift and I could see a lady "angry bird" look, wasn't happy with my arrival, but it's her problem I guess.
I have to go for now. I have to pay a lot of bills frown Catch up later. Have  a great day. Hugs and kissesheart

 the baseball game was awesome! the roof was open, our seats were sweet, we got to be on the megatron, i actually had a conversation with the mascot, booze was free and unlimited, i got to sit behind the fox sports postgame desk, oh and the astros won!

 Unhappy humpday,

The Bulls lost after embarrassing themselves in the 3rd quarter.  They were up 8 at half, but lost the 3rd frame 36-14.  Game over.  It's ok....being down was to be expected.  Game 3 should be a lot different.  Oh, and Evan Turner may be my most hated player in all of sports....taking the title from Aaron Rodgers. 

Cubs/Reds were rained out....luckily for Cincy.

Jason, I'm game.....but don't sing it, bring it.

 Afternoon Q'ers...

Only 5 more days until the other cataract surgery.  I can't wait...this switching from glasses to no glasses is driving me crazy AND giving me a headache...

Rangers play tonight....hopefully, they play much better than Monday night.  The Capitals and Rangers are similar...I think this one's gonna go 7 games.  King Henrik is THE MAN, except for on the second goal Monday.

I don't really have anything worth typing and esp anything worth reading about ... but i made an executive decision to not do s**t today which in turn has allowed me to have time now to bore the f**k out of you with this very meaningless post indecision



The Kentucky Derby is right around the corner which means horse racing greatness especially for those of us who are degenerate f**ks and wanna bet on it all !  If you like a horse to win please feel free and let us all know , i accept all input even from those of you who like a horse because its wearing a pretty color or because the jockey looks funny or ya lucky # is  etc etc etc ........


The NFL has handed down suspensions to Saints players for their involvement in the whole bounty scandal. As a Saints fan do i like it not really , but it could of been worse.  To all other saints fans who see fit to blame the NFL , the Commissioner , or Whomever else please remember -  they didn't do it we did - if you have the balls to do the crime then you have the balls to do the time. Eventually there comes a time when you have to pay up - for the Saints that time has come so don't be a b**ch about it act like a real fan admit we shouldn't of done it take the punishment and move on !

Union Rags really is a impressive horse size wise , but he has fallen out of favor a little with Joe Public and the horse on the rise seems to be Bodemeister which i don't really like looking at him on paper. I think there is a chance Bodemeister may be the fav come post time so ya could get a little better odds on union rags betting wise which would be nice. And hard to not like Borel at least a little in the derby , but he is from here so im a little biased there of course.

Im still handicapping the race and the post positions are always a big key , but so far i have excluded horses i think dont have much of a shot like Bodemeister, Mark Valeski, Optimizer, and Isn't He Clever as i cant see these being worth betting on.

Great post, Sid.  I feel bad for you man.  No fan deserves what you are going thru.  If it makes you feel any better I sorta feel your pain.  Three of my teams have lost star players in the past six months (the latest being Derrick Rose thus dashing our title hopes).  Sh*t sucks, man! 

As for the KD, we have a guy on my CFB board that is straight $$$$.  Guys seek him out for advice every year and every year the same guys thank him to the high heavens.  He's making his picks starting tomorrow.  I'll be sure to pass that info on.  Us degenerates....we NEED it haha.

Especially since she was the one who basically unleashed the COME AT ME BRO! fire extinguisher vs. Ama're meme 24 hours earlier, which I think led to the whole debacle in the first place. I must have gotten 7-8 retweets of it the night before, then BOOM! ----> ESPN's Sarah Phillips is a Facebook grifter (or something). LOL

Union Rags really is a impressive horse size wise , but he has fallen out of favor a little with Joe Public and the horse on the rise seems to be Bodemeister which i don't really like looking at him on paper. I think things will be much clearer a little later today.  Right now Bodemeister and Union Rags are both at 9-2 odds.  Bodemeister may surprise us all.  He doesn't really impress me much yet, though.  Borel is a Louisville favorite.  We LOVE him here.  It's hard not to put money on whoever he's riding just for the hell of it.

Guys like Seau who play and played with so much passion and love for the game the league and sports in general can never get enough of. Like him or not one thing was for sure when he walked out on to the field he gave everything he had and that alone made it hard not to pull for the guy to do well.  A true football warrior has fallen and a sad thing it is.

Yup i agree once the post positions are known the wagering money will start to settle in and a favorite begin to hit the front could go either way between  Rags and Bodemeister.  And honestly its hard not to like Calvin because he really is such a nice and humble guy , and a pure Cajun. Glad to know he is also loved in Louisville as much as he is down on the bayou !

And yes if ya have the time would appreciate the KD info , one thing is for sure in such a tough race getting all the information u can is a big plus. There are so many ways to see the race and how it should go that one set of eye's looking it over will miss something or a couple somethings which is why its nice to get different opinions and idea's so you can see it from all angles and give yaself a better chance to possibly win some dough !

Amen.  Dude left it on the field every week.  Such a sad day...growing up he was a big reason as to why I love the NFL today.  And you know it's just a matter of time before the concussion-suicide link is made.  Duerson last year and now Junior.  Man, the game we know and love is going to change big time....probably for the better.  This is just terrible news.  

Marcus - it was apparently a suicide.  Shot himself in the chest just like Duerson.  Probably for the sake of their mother(s) I imagine (if they are still around).

Agree 100% and it's happened twice now.  I just keep telling myself that it means Notre Dame will go 13-0 or 12-1.  Makes no sense, I know, but I'm just trying to look at the glass as half full. 

I know very little about horse racing and any good  info is worth it's weight in gold.  No problem at all.  I wouldn't vouch for this guy if he didn't have a solid track record.

The part I thought was funny was when allegedly she was telling that one dude that the LAPD was going to come to his house and steal her money for her.

Band director had her evaluation given to her by the vice principal.  (Same one I had meeting with last week.)   He wants her to sign an "extended evaluation", but the whole thing is vague.  He expects and wants to see more.   (More you say?  Like what?  He doesn't know.  But he wants to see more.)

He says he wants to see a whole year's performance without any incidents.  (At this point, I thinking, oh...say involved parents calling for meetings with the vice principal maybe?)    (Ok, can you give an example of any of the incidents this year?   No, no examples.  No incidents.   But he wants to see a year without incidents.    ?????    If you have no recent examples....didn't you just have a year with no incidents?)     And he wants her to sign her evaluation just like that.  Give vague, unclear goals, and expect her to just sign it?

All you teachers (and anybodee else dealing with shtuff like that) deserve a big fat raise!

 Jim Nabors will be having heart surgery soon and thus won't be able to come to the Indy 500 to sing "Back Home Again In Indiana." The Speedway is sending a film crew to Nabors' home in Hawaii to film him singing in order to play it on race day. I think IMS is missing a chance to have a Jim Nabors hologram.

 Hello out there in FanIQ Land!  First off, Junior Seau left me speechless when I walked in my front door after work today.  I was supposed to get 5 pairs of pants for work, they only gave me 3.  When I called the uniform shop today while I was at work they told me the last 2 pairs haven't come in yet...so why are you giving me half the uniform?!  This uniform store may be more discombooberated than our ER, and I thought that was damn near impossible!  I've had to adjust my sleep schedule, waking up at 4:30 am all this week to get into work by 6:00.  I got an email from the manager who does the schedule at Build-a-Bear, and she was asking if I could work Mother's Day weekend in order to keep me in the system.  My reply was my official two weeks notice saying goodbye.  I had a lot of fun at that store, but it's time to move on.  In honor of saying goodbye to that place, here's the final song I sang a couple weeks ago at karaoke knowing it would be my last time at that particular bar...

 Seau news is tough to read and watch, was a huge fan of his on the Chargers even as a Chiefs fan (just saw Marcellus Wiley's on ESPN.com...ugh, so rough).

Sarah Phillips stuff is keeping me entertained, I do feel bad for the girl, though. Creeps from Twitter last night were knocking on her door and having pictures & video of them outside her place.

I'm not doing well this week, not sure what else I can do, but I need something soon.

 You know why I refused to get emotionally involved with the Caps this playoffs, risking losing my hockey fan license...*that's* why. Now it's past midnight, I have to be up at 5:30, and what's essentially now a long nap won't be a happy one.
