Should NBA Players be allowed in the Olympics?
for one think it's a very unfair advantage.  Pro Players shouldn't be allowed. Only College players should be allowed. isn't that the way it used to be?

A) A 100% no for me. It's a very unfair advantage & pro Players shouldn't be allowed to be part of these events.

but its fair to send grown men to play against kids as the foreign countries teams are all basically full adults? You must not remember the 84 Olympics when we got crushed because all the other countries had grown professional players-----why you think the Dream Team was formed?

Not just no NBA players...  No pros of any kind.  The Olympics were a lot better when there were no pros.

I will not say it is an unfair advantage seeing how these games went this years. Even with the other countries using Pros our college players still would have won and the games would have better played. Lets go back and give the kids the honor to played for our country in the Olympics, Pam-Am games by first choosing to go to college, but then playing more then a season or two there also.

If the US wants to keep winning the gold yes, the international teams are getting better every year and it's suppose to be the best of each country representing!!

You really do not think our college kids could not beat the teams in this years Olympics??  The international teams were a joke, there was only 2-3 players on any one of those international teams. One thing people seem to forget our college kids are a lot better now then they were back in the 1988 Olympics.
