Well, nobody told me I was hot yesterday. A coworker did call me an old geezer and that I need to get my AARP card. I told him good luck making it to 55. He went all quiet after that.

Braves are tanking this week against Washington. They hate me.

Come on football. Come on Super Bowl winning Falcons.

I want a slice of sweet potato pie thanks to Ashlie.

Roger Clemens will pitch for the Astros this season. Watch and see. Go Leigh's team.

No one reads the magazines anymore because they're all on their phones. If I brought my own charger there's a 104% chance of me forgetting it and then I'd have to buy a new one. Sure as hell ain't going back to look for the old one because some a$$haT! probably already stole it.

Someone called Weeknd remade Dirty Diana, which is one of my top 8 songs ever, and #1 Michael Jackson song overall, yet I didn't hate it.

I think abc and fox aren't even trying anymore. I think they just want to premiere 12 new shows every 3 months, so they allow anyone to make a pilot. Decent ratings for one episode per, I guess. The lineups are awful. Some show called Coma is coming on, produced by the Scott brothers, and I'm wondering if it's based on the book I read as a kid...possibly by Robin Cook. I may give that and Chandler's new show a chance, but that's all.

Has anyone seen the latest Bourne movie?

Buenos Dias, $h*theads!

In Oh-kluh-HOE-muh, a five year old boy was forced to turn his T-shirt inside out at school because he violated the school's dress code policy.  Nope, it wasn't anything as turrble as a "Jesus Loves You", or "F**k da police".  This rotten little miscreant had the audacity to wear a "Michigan Wolverines" shirt.  Seems the folks in the great Sooner state only allow their chilluns to wear OU or OSU or some other Oklahoma garbage apparel while in an institution of lurnin.  Seems to me like they'd want their youngsters growin up cheering for a winner, but to each his/her own, I suppose.

Mark Cuban is refusing to retire Jason Kidds jersey, because Kidd went on to become a New Yourk Knickerbocker after jetting from the Mavs.  It should be expected, I guess.  Classy moves aint exactly in Cuban's repetoire.

The WAC has announced that as of next year, it will be a non-football conference.  Cactus Jack is thinking this announcement is about 5 years too late.  The WAC hasn't been a football conference since the Smurf Turf Boys left them.

That's enough news for you F'ers today.

As a Knicks fan I'm just as upset with j Kidd signing in NY as Cuban is. it's like a rec league team. the 40 yr old guy walks the ball up the court and passes it to the guy who played 1 yr of D1 ball so he can hoist up a poorly thought out 3. Aaaaaaaand James Dolan is involved. Can fans divorce a team? OKC was really flirty with me last year in the playoffs. just sayin'

Blah, blah, blah!    Yada, yada, yada!

You are sounding more like a Packers fan than anything else!

Here is some free advise - don't be one of THOSE fans!  cheeky

1) it's a freakin Pre-Season game.......I could give 2 rat farts who wins this game!

2) Just because your boys won the Bowl last year, does NOT give you the right to act like a d-bag to all of the other fans.
Or do you act that way regardless?? cheeky  Be careful of the trash talking, there is a thing called KARMA that might end up injuring one or more of your star players!  Just sayin!

Sportsmanship typically is regarded as a component of morality in sport, composed of three related and perhaps overlapping concepts: fair play, sportsmanship and character.
Fair play refers to all participants having an equitable chance to pursue victory and acting toward others in an honest, straightforward, and firm and dignified manner even when others do not play fairly. It includes respect for others, including team members, opponents, and officials.
Character refers to dispositions, values, and habits that determine the way that person normally responds to desires, fears, challenges, opportunities, failures, and successes, and is typically seen in polite behaviors toward others, such as helping an opponent up or shaking hands after a match. An individual is believed to have a “good character” when those dispositions and habits reflect core ethical values.

I'm bitchy and pissy and really I am sick of myself with all this loathing, ugliness and the things/people i wish i could just smack the ignorance out of. Alcohol is helping but not enough. I might be homeschooling the boys, it's not because of the supplies, but like others already mentioned, my kid isn't't going to use 8 comp books the whole school year, 3 at most.  I buy for 3 because Joshua has two totally different set of classes: Life Skills/Gen Ed and they all need things. Then the snacks throughout the year which is divided up equally (my ass) 4 of us parents have been doing it for 3 years. It's tough out there and I am thankful I have and I don't mind sharing sometimes, but damn!!!!! Some folks take advantage (them are ones i want to smack)...so you see I have nothing but complaints so why bother.....pssshhhhh

I'm not meaning to rag on teachers or the teaching profession. I'm sure its a thankless job and they have to deal with unruly and undisciplined kids. I wouldnt want the job. There is a way to get what you need and maybe these supply lists are mandated from above, i dont know. I do know that if there is a need for something and that need is made known, then Americans will find a way to fill it. We are the most generous people on the face of the earth and usually when a need is made known you wind up with way more than you wanted in the first place.

In '95 when the Murrah building was bombed the call went out the next day for everything ffrom coffee and batteries to warmer clothing for the rescuers, by 6pm that night they were tellling people to stop bringing stuff because they had more than enough.

Good day, bitches.

Just doing my bi-annual check-in so those who care know I'm alive.  Those who don't, or those who wish me dead, carry on and pretend you never read this.  And I hope you get a rusty nail in your foot.  Right in the arch ... deep ... and you need to have it amputated.  Or live with jungle rot up to your knee for the rest of your miserable life.

Love yoouuuuuuuu guys!!!
