I thought of putting Valentine third, because the way I see it, he managed exactly how I wanted him to, but I decided to be serious.

no way, Melvin deserves it alone because A's expected to be worse than Baltimore. Girardi for 3rd for losing 3/5 of his starting rotation in middle of season (Pettitte, Sabathia, and Nova) and still winning AL East.

Won the East with a Orioles team that was suppose to lose, the Red Six.... well it speaks for themselves and the BlueJays which had a decent team and the Rays. they had one guy hit over .300 and two solid pitchers that could go out and win and one (Shields( ran into a lot of trouble. No way he should be considered or even in the top 5.
