 Happy Weekend Q'ers!  Off today, so some Christmas decorations have to be put up.  Christmas party tonight, then FOOTBALL tomorrow! 

Speaking of sports, I thought teach might enjoy this....

Rain, rain, go away.  It's 'bout to rain for five days (including yesterday and today) straight.  I'm already over it.

Charlie Strong reminds me of my dad.  That's saying something.

Breakfast at Wagner's farm, getting my hair did, and a mani/pedi.  Then shopping.

 I am no longer blond.  I am now a brunette.  Heading out to my mother's birthday party with a fifth of Maker's.  And then out with one of the girls afterwards.  The Makers is all for me.  I may cause a scene tonight.  Let's just hope I wait until AFTER I leave the family.  Or not. And let's hope SHE likes the scene I make.

I am a Texas fan but in all fairness,  in this loyalty goes a lot towards family as does another one of my choices (Raiders) for my son.

My nephew is in is last yr at A&M... and the ONLY family I have is my grandkids and my sister and her kids.

I live in a small town now...Kerrville, Texas, where Johnny Manziel is from and they support their player very well, so yes, I support him, Yes, HAPPY HE WON !!

Why, am I defending myself......no clue.....

 Watched Miracle last night. I miss Saturday night hockey so much. I felt completely lost last night so ended up going to bed at 10. Unlike the night before when I was in the same shape as Christi.

Two guys are walking through the woods and come across this big deep hole. Wow...that looks deep." "Sure does... toss a few pebbles in there and see how deep it is." They pick up a few pebbles and throw them in and wait... no noise "Jeez. That is REALLY deep... here. Throw one of these great big rocks down there. Those should make a noise." They pick up a couple football-sized rocks and toss them into the hole and wait... and wait. nothing. They look at each other in amazement. One gets a determined look on his face and says, "Hey...over here in the weeds, there's a railroad tie. Help me carry it over here. When we toss THAT sucker in, it's GOTTA make some noise." The two drag the heavy tie over to the hole and heave it in. Not a sound comes from the hole. Suddenly, out of the nearby woods, a goat appears, running like the wind. It rushes toward the two men, and then right past them, running as fast as it's legs will carry it. Suddenly it leaps in the air and into the hole. The two men are astonished with what they've just seen... Then, out of the woods comes a farmer who spots the men and ambles over. "Hey... you two guys seen my goat out here?" "You bet we did! Craziest thing I ever seen! It came running like crazy and just jumped into this hole!" "Nah", says the farmer, "That couldn't have been MY goat. My goat was chained to a railroad tie."
