Which player on your favorite team needs to be replaced on the roster the most for them to succeed

With all the Tebow/Sanchez garbage in NY, and the endless supply of quarterbacks who have started in KC and Arizona this year, I simply was wondering which man on your teams roster needs to be replaced the most for them to have the best chances to win next year? Even winning/playoff teams have holes on their roster so no one team is perfect.

#1 \| 146 days ago huskerdoug2009 (+)	Even while he has helped the Broncos since the injury to Willis McGahee, I for one still believe that trading Knowshon Moreno while his value is high would bring the team a great deal more talent in return for next years running game. Moreno isn't even a good blocker, or decent catching the ball. He also has been injury prone, and can fumble the ball just as much if not more than McGahee does. running back

#6 \| 146 days ago RaiderSteeler15 (+)	I'll be patient with Raiders' GM Reggie McKenzie. The Raiders need to have better secondaries as well as the pass rush... On offense, Darrius Heyward-Bey needs to be replaced by a WR that Carson Palmer/Terrelle Pryor can throw to anytime. Also the Raiders need to get another Running back and improve on the o-line as well... As for the Steelers, they need a running back that can get 15 carries or more a game so it'll make the steelers' offense alot easy for Big Ben. The Defense need to get younger because Polamalu and James Harrison aren't getting any younger... defensive player

As an outsider, I can't see Matt Flynn wanting to be their next season as a backup, nor the team keeping him without reducing his pay. Pretty pricey backup. running back

Pretty pricey backup. Oh they've already announced they won't be retaining him. Not only is he pricey, but Carroll knows he's got a chance to be a starter somewhere in this league and he's not going to hold on to him. I don't think getting rid of him will make us "better" per se; having him at backup is sometimes comforting, especially when Wilson goes on his 68yd scrambles to gain 6 and you're cringing every time a defender at full speed comes close to him. But, he won't be with the Hawks next season...I hope he finds a good home with another team - preferably outside of our division.
