1) When people can't say THANK YOU when you hold the door open for them, or allow them in a check out line ahead of you or anytime you do something nice, that you don't have to.angry

2) Idiots that don't use their turn signal when turning or changing lanes. Oh, and putting your turn signal on, AFTER you have entered the turning lane, doesn't count.....idiots!  Turn your signal on upon entering the turning lane! angry

3) People who have no clue as to what's going on around them! (ex: Shopping store, retail store in which they take up the entire aisle so that you can't get around them or they stop in the middle of the main aisle as if, possibly, no one else is behind them) angry

4) People who constantly cut other people off when talking.....really?!?!  Is what you have to say, ALWAYS, more important. angry

5) Those f**kers who don't wear their pants normal  Pick up your damn pants! No one wants to see your skid marks! no
This irritates the heck out of me

To quote George Carlin, I don't have pet peeves, I have major psychotic *bleeping* hatreds. One of them is the whole "both sides do it" false equivalency regarding our government's dysfunctionality and those who swallow it unquestionably. There are others. Many, many others.

I'm in tech support. People think I want to hear about their computer problems wherever I go.

New Years Eve party - "Happy New Year!, can you look at my computer? It's slow."

I've had people follow me into the bathroom and stand behind me while I go telling me all about their computer problems and asking how to fix it.

Having lunch and people shove their phone in my face. "My email isn't working!!!"

I'm learning. When people ask me what I do for a living I've started telling them I'm a janitor.

Once people found out that I worked (used to work) at/for Apple, I get the same thing as well......but, strangely enough, most of the time, I don't mind (shrug)......I know.....there is something wrong with me.

Hypocritical behavior is a pet peeve.  Actually, this can be annoying or entertaining depending on the circumstances...

Extreme behavior can bother me.  On either end.  Not just being extreme in an attempt to be humorous or to prove a point, but being deadly serious about it.

Lainey,  that is more of a show and tell....(in person) request.....also, that is an iTunes help support, which is separate from Apple (oddly enough)

Everyone is a hypocrit.... but I know where you're coming from.

My biggest pet peeve is repeating myself, I tend to get pretty sh!tty the 3rd time I have to repeat myself.  I also cannot stand stupidity, ignorance is okay just see my biggest pet peeve, but there's no place in my world for stupidity.

Lately there have been people here (not here as in FanIQ, here as in where I live) who want to talk smack to me about my team, regardless of who their favorite team is, or if they even have one. I'm not a trash talker so I've never been one to respond, but the thing that bothers me the most is that I enjoy honest intelligent football conversation, and this robs me of that. Want to talk football with me? I'll talk football all day long. I'll tell you what I think the strengths and weaknesses on my team are. I'll tell you what I admire about yours and where it seems like, from an unbiased observer, they could use help. I'll talk about past favorites and my favorite sports memories. Why do these guys insist on removing any intelligence whatsoever from sports conversation? It's just frustrating.

heart  -  100000000000% agreed!  Can't stand trash talkers!  That is why I stay away from reading any of the ESPN or CBSSPORTS.COM "Comments" portion of headlines that are written.  Pooh-Pooh heads! no

True, there is always a little.  There are times when it's unintentional and the person doesn't realize it is even happening and when it's revealed it's owned up to.  I'm talking about hypocrisy that goes beyond that.

And yes, ignorance is one thing...  Stupidity is something else.

My  high  school  janitor  was  going  to  College  at   night  and  wound  up  earning  his  Ph D.  He  was  probably  in  his  30's,  and  had  worked  there  for  years,  and  he  was  able  to  get  part  of  his  education  paid  since  he  worked  for  the  District.

I get  where  you're  coming  from,  though.  It's  kind  of  why  doctors  don't  put  the  MD  on  their  license  plates.  Because  of  the  liability,  and  in  your  case,  it's  also  annoying  to  you.  "There's  a  time  and  a  place".
