Who have you enjoyed watching more
ESPN had a poll question which I thought sounded interesting.  "Which athlete that came on the scene in 1996 have you enjoyed watching more?"  Derek Jeter,Ray Lewis, Kobe Bryant or Tiger Woods?

Derek Jeter is a very good player who happened to be part of the best teams of his era.  But there is nothing that he's ever done that I consider to be exceptional
Ray Lewis got away with murder, so he gets a little bit of a bump, but he's no Lawrence Taylor or Derrick Thomas.
Kobe Bryant will probably end up as a top 5 all time player, but I could give 2 sh*ts about the NBA
Tiger Woods is a once in a lifetime talent who did things in his sport that have never been done and will probably never be done again.  He is single handedly responsible for a major boom in the popularity and participation of youth golf.  It's not even close.  I've watched and will continue to watch Tiger Woods with a sense of wonderment

Wow!  That was a tough one!

Being a Chicago sports fan, I don't really follow any of these guys on a game by game basis.

They are all amazing athletes.

So, I'm picking Tiger because when I do turn golf on the TV, I am very interested in how he's doing and look forward to seeing him play.

I can't say that for the other guys listed, but, that's also because the other guys play on a team sport and play on teams that I don't follow.

Well duh!

Though I LOVE watching Ray Lewis. And, I don't pay golf attention very much but when I did it was because of Tiger.

During that time I was playing golf 2 to 4 times a week and practicing almost everyday I wasn't playing. I had it bad. Tiger was a phenomenon and anyone who played the game couldn't help but be blown away by his ability. The other guys were fantastic, also, but I had a connection to golf.

From that list...  It's absolutely no contest.  Tiger in his prime dominated like no one since Gretzky.

File that one under the category of....  Duh!

I'm going with Ray Lewis, because I can't stand the other 3. Weird thing is I own Jeter & Kobe jerseys, that I hide in my closet.

Tiger has lost his Mojo and bores me.  His press conferences are so full of arrogance.  He still has to top Jack Nicklaus and has a way to go to top Wilt Chamberlain but there are Denny's in every city so he has a shot at Wilt's numbers!  lol

I went with Kobe.
