1.  Is the million dollars tax free?

2.  "pay all my bills for life"  will that apply if I move into a huge house?  Does it change or is it locked into "now"?  And does that

Right now everything is paid for and tax exempt... and interest pays for anything extra .. so  I want cash !

one million invested at 10% is 100,000 a year... comfy to live off that and you don't touch the million
