There is a lot going on here.

#42 <--- correct answer.

Quick tangent: I've seen Top Gun maybe 75 times (probably more ha!) and the more and more I think about it, there is NO WAY Maverick should have thrown Goose's dog tags in the ocean.

This was a fun year for music! Secret Lovers is still one of my favorite songs ever. I can't think of Huey Lewis without thinking of American Psycho now.

Might as  well face it I'm addicted to 1986!!
Steve Winwood's 'Back in the High Life', Dire Straits 'Money for Nothing', and of course Robert Palmer sexy videos.
I believe that was the first year when CDs outsold tapes.
Oh yeah Whatever happened to Bananarama??

Bananarama had a "Cruel Summer" and dropped off the face of the earth

If you'd asked me if 1986 was a great year, I'd have probably said "not particularly", but looking at this list..I could have picked 5 totally DIFFERENT songs and put them on my list without any regrets
