Watched all of GOT except the finale. Shall wait til the 31st.

Listened to JT's new album via soundrop with my little sister. If this is how he's gonna be now, I want him to get an immediate divorce. We meh'd through about 7 songs before opting for some vintage eminem to bring us back from our state of disillusion. I hope it grows on me, but I doubt it. 2007, JT...2007.

 I bought some passion fruit sherbet from the Schwann's man yesterday, and while I know it has sugar in it I figured it was a relatively safe treat. Since this is not a "diet" and rather a "lifestyle change" I refuse to deny myself certain things on occasion...all in moderation, right?

So anyway after dinner we all had a couple of scoops for dessert, and my daughter says to me "how was your workout today?" pointedly. I told her I hadn't done it yet, that I do it after she goes to bed and she says "mmhmm". A few minutes later she asks, "how many bottles of water did you drink today?" (I got the coolest Under Armour 24oz blue beautiful bottle with a spout that has me wanting to drink more water - I'm such a child). And then she finally got closer to the point she was really trying to make, "are you ALLOWED to have ice cream?" I explained to her that it was sherbet, that it didn't have the fat ice cream does and besides, since I'm not on a diet  I'm "allowed" anything I want as long as I don't go overboard. Apparently I have a built in little accountability partner living in my house. I think she just likes feeling like she can boss me around about something indecision

We find out no later than Tuesday whether or not we're moving. Any good vibes my way that my husband makes the cut list to rank up would be much appreciated. :heart:

 Hola, muchachos.  Louisville killed it last night to advance to round 2 of the tourney, 31 point victory with a ncaa playoff record 20 steals.  I hope they keep this mess up.

I'm going to spring football practice today.  I wish the internet was the proper vehicle to adequately express my joy.

 I got my last job back starting next week, after my boss negotiated with corporate to get many laid-off employees back laugh


Looks like Pacman Jones will play this year with the Bengals, guess that franchise misses having somebody controversial to start on their roster.

Eli Manning is being selfish by not wanting to renegotiate his contract so the Giants can afford to keep Victor Cruz. How does Eli expect to win without him? I guess 2 undeserving rings is enough for that cry baby to not care anymore.

The Heat are only 10 consecutive wins away from taking over the '71 Lakers all time record of longest winning streak. They face road games in Chicago and San Antonio at the end of the month. I'm hoping one of those teams beats them, after their poor performance against Cleveland the other night, it shouldn't be hard.

I am nervously awaiting an envelope in the mail (i know right?!, the snail mail kind) don't ask, there was a computer glitch or something equally heinous and now i have to wait.
moving on: at first I thought Mr Jonathon was hating on H 2 O, but I put my glasses on
and Marcus, have no fear I will prolly drop soon, I am surprised I am that high on day 2, usually by day 2 i am already done. Gives me HOPE Gonzaga could pull the upset of the year here.

have you ever sat so long your butt cheeks itched?  what is that? 

went home early yesterday cause I have to suds, only to be suddy again today and have to work 10 hours.

at least I'm wearing jeans.

 So Ash you're right - this Windows 8 thing is taking a little getting used to. What's this app crap? A pain. Took forever for me to get Skype downloaded and working right without fighting with it...and Outlook :/ but I'm up and running and the Silver Surfer is lovely. I have some files to transfer but I don't even want to turn the other laptop on to do so. Already spoiled.

Yeah, I've started deleting a lot of them, or moving the stuff I've downloaded to the front (just drag them). I'm still getting used to it but it's better after a few days. (You can actually change it, I think...we'll talk about it. Will probably take me a sec to remember where I saw it) There are a few other small annoyances, too.

 I went to a funeral today, for my boss's mom (the golf course boss - don't know the Liquor store boss's mom)  There weren't very many people there which made me a little sad, but the people who were there obviously cared a lot about Cheryl.  The woman never looked at anything in a negative light and she loved her grand children to distraction.  It truly was one of the loveliest, yet one of the saddest, and at the same time, one of the most uplifting funerals I have ever attended, all at the same time.  I know that can't possibly make sense to you, but to me it makes perfect sense.  After the service and the tea, many of us were asked to take home the lilies they had decorated the funeral home with, as a remembrance of Cheryl.  I have mine, and will plant it in my garden once it is safe to do so.  

Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday.  My kids want me to take them to the big city a couple of hours away, just for the day, to shop, so up early yet again, I am, and away we go.  I think I might have Wednesday sort of to myself.  I think I need it.

LMAO, yep the Boise St Broncos of men's basketball are the first number one seed eliminated! I would love to say I am "shocked" but, I said that they would be the first one seed to lose. When you play a bunch of junior colleges and high schools, it is going to be pretty difficult to compete when you have to play actual Diivision 1 schools.

 Boise St of Men's Basketball=Gonzaga=Overrated, calling them as the first #1 seed to lose really wasn't hard. All you had to do was realize that they were overrated and recognize they hadn't beaten anyone all year long. It is great for me when it comes to brackets, all the people that drank the kool-aid and took them past the Sweet Sixteen were just wasting their time and money and I will happily take it.

 I posted a long explanation and my internet quit without me realizing it.  Trip to the city was a success.  I ended up with a new computer.  My daughter was looking for one, and her brother was going to buy her one.  We found one with Windows 7 on it, a 17" one, on sale for $300, just because it had Windows 7 and the same computer but with Windows 8 was $800.  She didn't want it cuz it was too big.  We kept looking, then jokingly I said, well you can have my computer, and I'll take the one on sale.  She was ecstatic with that.  So she has my barely 2 year old 15" laptop with 4GB and 400 GB hard drive and I have a 17" with 6GB and 500 GB hard drive.  Everyone is happy.

Trip was fun, but I have two really long days ahead of me, nine hours tomorrow, then my son leaves on the bus back to camp at 7 on Tuesday morning.  I think I will sleep all day Wednesday.
