I'm jonesing for pancakes.  The major thoroughfare nearest me is closed for one of the "Triple Crown of Running" races called the Papa John's 10 miler, so I have to backtrack west a couple of miles to go east.  After fixing the pancake problem, I'm hitting the farmer's market for this booth that sells coconut carrot bread, pina colada zucchini bread and maple apple butter.  There were so many other flavors I wanted last week that my head was spinning.

Today is a beautiful day and I'm hoping winter is FINALLY over.  Cheer for your team loudly, and if you're not cheering for the Cards, I hope you lose your voice!wink

I had to travel for mine.  Great little hole in the wall that I'm afraid the word is getting out on.

Last time I was in Louisville I had a large stack of bacon/cheddar pancakes at North End Cafe.  Don't know if their still their, however that visit was a great time.

They are still in business with two locations.  I ALMOST ate there this morning, but I opted to go north a few blocks and eat at Highland Morning.  I had Key Lime pancakes at HM a couple of weeks ago and wanted to try one of their other flavors.  I came back to the farmer's market right across the street from North End to pick up some strawberry jalapeno jam and blueberry pumpkin bread.

the hole in the wall dives are ALWAYS the best. lots of people stay away no matter how good it is cuz it looks like a dumpster. and that is good for us low lifes.

I thought that about the mexican restaurant down the street.  My friends drug me in kicking and screaming. I just knew I was going to leave the place with stomach issues.  Not the case at all.

As my friend who pinned this to my community board said, I don't care how this pic happened. I can stare at it forever, leave, come back and stare at it some more, and find something amusing all day long. Just...

I have the shakes.  Tipoff in less than 20.  My boys are wearing the #5 on the back of their warmups in KWare's honor.  Speaking of DiCaprio, he was spotted loving on the Cards sometime in the recent past.  I know he has a lot of hats representing different teams, but I don't care.

And speaking of KWare, I hope the guys got mad at this s**t right here:
Photo: Wow that's so disrespectful! Uofl better win just for this crap here!
IDK if this will happen or not, but fans are supposed to stand with five fingers raised in the game tonight at 6:33, the time that KWare went down with a broken leg.

I finally get why people run outside. I decide to explore a little instead of just running around my complex, and I'm glad I did. I saw deer running around (seriously), found the local running/biking trail, found a running track, and got lost on my way back (I have no sense of direction). It was quite pleasant.

Can someone please explain to me how a guy got 80 points on the bracket challenge for the field of 64, and 64 points in the round of 32 when they got 12 games wrong in the field of 64 and only half right for the round of 32?indecision  My scoring looks right, but something is amiss with the leader's scoring.

Holy hell.  This is zwembalcons in Mumbai.  I'm so freaked out by heights, I probably wouldn't even be able to stick my feet in the pool.

Went to town at about the time the game started, and didn't see even one dribble :(  My daughter got paid today and wanted to spend some money.  She bought herself a Betty Boop purse for $70.  I am so envious.  She bought me a sweatshirt for $7 on sale, 70% off.  She also bought herself sweatshirts and bras.  *sigh*

Anyway, congrats to the Louisville Cardinals!!!

Here come the Lady Cards, who are now calling themselves the party crashers because they weren't supposed to be here starting two games ago.  I want two teams in the championship games.  #greedybitch  #partycrashers

The Schimmel sisters will be kicking ass and taking names tonight.

The Louisville Lady Cards will not be upstaged by the men.  Two teams in an NCAA championship baby!

I sure hope that's the case, Jen.  Those scores certainly aren't possible when you can only get a max of 32 points for the field of 64.

Fortunately it was due to something that had happened in the past and was easily fixable once it was pointed out. Chantelle rocks.
