Hi. Yesterday, I watched Transformers 3 and The Avengers again. I watch both like it's the first time every time. I'm a child. They were great. Mark Ruffalo is great. That's all I have right now.

Go Falcons.

I remember the last 25 seasons of my fantasy sports participation being a source of entertainment, especially when there was no money involved. If I had woke up this morning to the start of  post season, it would be fine with me. It's a shame, mostly because of my love for baseball, beginning with me living on Quantico Marine Base, Va. while attending a few Washington Senators games with my dad in the early 60s. Anyways... come on October.

I have never seen so much rain in the 39 years of living here. It's nuts, I am almost looking forward to our next drought, kinda. With any luck I'll be yard working and cigar smoking tomorrow without the need of my Frogg Toggs rain gear. Enough already.

The music continues, as long as the fingers keep working. Can't see me hanging it up after all these years. This Christmas will mark the 50th anniversary of receiving my first guitar. My how time flies.

That's it, have a good one.

It was an awesomely frigtastic day/night. Me and the boys went over to the Stewart's Creek 4th of July celebration: them folks know how to put on a shindig, let me tell you: Salsa contest (the kind you eat), bubblegum blowing contest (they were trying for a world record), wakeboard competition, Elvis lookalike contest, BMX , watermelon eatin contest and a Bon Jovi tribute band.  I so wish I hadn't left my phone in the car, because Joshua would be on Utube rocking out.  The fireworks show was the longest I have ever seen (AWESOME) had a blast and got home after midnight (due to yucky traffic) today is rest and we are going to see The Lone Ranger......HYDRATE

I thought for sure I'd wake up this morning to a bunch of shelling in my front yard. It was BOOM BOOM till about 3 am. Nuts. All I could think about was all the money that was wasted on JULY FIFTH.

The man who played a big role in the Kings Stanley Cup victory will be returning to the Pens. RIP Scuderi in a Kings uniform. sighhhh.

I finally know someone who's video has gone viral. The bride works with me.

The guy who lives in the back apartment (so wrong sarong guy) was cutting through  on the side of my house this a.m.,  apparently couldn't find his sarong this a.m.
I can never, ever unsee that mans nakedness.  Gross.

Great game last night, eh Beans?  Losing to the Marlins must hurt a lot.

Had a pretty good time watching the fireworks last night.  The  municipal golf course by our house let people on the course to watch the display.  Kids were building sandcastles in the bunkers and lighting off bottle rockets on the greens.  I myself, laid a blanket out on the 6th tee.   They shot the fireworks off about 100 yards away.  Debris everywhere.  I hope they allow it again next year.

Whoever says that America doesn't have country wide prostituition has obviously never worked for a temp labor or staffing company.  9 dollars or less in some cases with only workman's comp working for a pimp(staffing company) who only sends you to companies on one year contracts with no hope of catching on fulltime.  I must love being at the bottom looking up though, seem to continue applying to these temp jobs for going on 10 yearsblush

Hello, Good Morning...

I loveded The Lone Ranger.  Johnny Depp is f**kawesome.  I got off work early today and the boy and I saw a double feature and ate dinner at the Mexican joint.  B/c he's half Cuban, he speaks Spanish well.  It's kindof hot to listen to his cute little tri-lingual self.

The neighbors did not act foolish last night, which made me very happy.  Although, I'm trying to figure out how many people live next door.  My condo complex is made up of 1 BR condos.  I'd truly have to be in love to share this joint with anyone, because it's small.  I think there are anywhere between 4-6 people living next door.  They have a bed set up in their living room.

Day off today....still hot as F*&^!  It's about 95 degrees...and the AC in my car went out....my brother is a mechanic...so when he gets a chance to look at it...oh well, I'll do the 2 by 60 AC (2 windows down, 60 mph forward).

Went to Dept. of Motor vehicles today to renew registration on two cars...Usually, at the DMV, the line for express registration IS an express.  I had all my paperwork filled out, check written out beforehand...then waited 45 minutes in line for a 3 minute transaction.  To top it off, the guy behind the desk used to work at the Post Office in Lakehurst, and moved at a snail's pace with them....he hasn't changed a bit.  Oh well....

Have a GREAT WEEKEND!

Happy belated July 1st to my Canadian friends, and Happy belated July 4th to the 'Mericans!

I went "home" to the house for a few days this week and didn't take the computer.  I had the BlackBerry PlayBook, but it isn't working right.  So iPhone was all I had.  Surprisingly, I didn't suffer too many withdrawals (partly because I had the stomach flu) but cathing up now.

Awful news out of Quebec today with the derailment of a train with an estimated 50 fuel cars loaded with crude oil.  By the sounds of it, almost the entire little town of Lac Megantic has been destroyed.  Then, just when you think Saturday might carry on as planned, comes word that a Boeing 777 has crashed in San Francisco.  Hoping for no deaths in either tragedy, but expecting there will be.  What a year of tragedies.

The Calgary Stampede is underway, only a couple of weeks since downtown Calgary flooded.  The lamest joke around is that the Saddledome will be slow to be emptied of water (it was up to the 10th row of seats) as they will be doing it one cup at a time.  Ha. Ha. Ha.  Next person who tries that one might get a throat punch.

Working a notorious tournament tonight.  It's a local car dealership (yes, I bought my truck from them) and they DO get rowdy.  Should be fun, but a late night.  Tomorrow I close.  Heading home again during the week, but I'll check in when I can.

Have a great weekend all!

(PS Jess, I really hope you found your keys)

I loved Despicable Me 2.

Tygh doesn't know what to do since he's taken a weekend off from the restaurant. He closed it down for the weekend b/c his mom does the same with hers for the closest weekend to the 4th of July.  I'm enjoying getting to spend a little more time with him.  We've seen three movies in two days.  I'm voting for not getting out of bed tomorrow.

OH! I forgot to come back in... I was panic mode panic mode panic mode, way too early in the morning, sending Trever texts (and Dan, which was quite amusing once I figured out it was the wrong person) - all the while, Trev knew exactly where the extra keys were but he was oblivious to the situation because he was at the gym. *facepalm* Life is better here today. I got to go shooting and I got a new bow. I'm scary accurate with the new bow, and even gave Trev a run for his money. OMG I'm so excited. (I know, I'm an emotional roller coaster in and of myself.)

I saw the pattern of your hits on that "other" website.  Awesome job!

Work tonight at the golf course was such fun.  The people from the Chev Dealership were such fun!! I know most of them on a first (and last) name basis, and they know me, so it was even more fun!!  Tips were great, and compliments on how everything went were even more forthcoming.  Had more than one tell me that they hoped I could work at their tourney next year as well, as things went so smoothly.  What a huge boost to the ego, and just when I needed it most!

Tomorrow the boss is taking his wife away for her birthday.  She has no idea. They are playing 18 holes of golf at one of the nicest golf courses around, have reservations for dinner and a date at the casino.  I was planning to head home again tomorrow night, but if they decide to spend the night they are hoping I can hang around to be here in case the kids need something.  Of course  I will do that!!

On another note, the tanning salon boss, who is an old friend, sent me a text asking if I could meet with her in the next week or so as she has something to discuss with me.  I have a funny feeling she is going to ask me to take over managing the salon.  I hope not, as I know she can't pay me enough to do so, but I would love to.  I already know what changes I'd make to earn more money.  However, I can't give up the liquor store - the benefits are too valuable.

God I am rambling.  Enough.  Going to bed.
